The Challenge Purpose of the role To produce and maintain an overall view of management reporting within the SBU's. To monitor standardization and accuracy of data provided by SBU's and to ensure sufficient challenges are provided to the SBU’s Economic Business Support on the reports. Responsibilities Work with SBU Performance and Review Lead to develop guidelines and policies for SBU management reporting and support implementation for the management reporting tools, process and timelines. Standardise management report formats, KPIs and timeline across all SBU's. Analyse and report on KPI's, financial and operational variances between actual and plan for all SBU's. Perform variance analysis against budget for SBU's and provide adequate and meaningful explanations and commentary on variances. Ensure the SBU management reports are consistent with statutory reporting (segment reporting) and reconcile all differences. Provide business intelligence and analysis on the competitive landscape, identify SBU specific issues and comments on the industry and macroeconomic trends.
