| Customer Service Specialist (native English) Beschrijving: For our customer in Nijmegen we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Native English) All patients receiving an anti-psychotic medication in the UK are required to be registered with one of the three current monitoring services. Activities for the position of Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to, data entry of patient and healthcare provider details, monitoring and data entry of patients' blood results, frequent telephone and email contact with pharmacists, doctors nurses and other care workers involved with the care of the patients and the handling of Adverse Events.
