Scheduler (Supply & Distribution) - English & Dutch speakers Work location: Krakow, Zabierzow E25913 Scheduler (Supply & Distribution) - English & Dutch speakers Responsibilities: Create schedules for truck deliveries to Retail sites and B2B customers through the Order to delivery process Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective, timely delivery plan based on VMI data/customer orders to ensure that the right product is delivered to the right destination at the right time by the right truck Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with HSSE and operational procedures and customersÂ´ SLAs Work with VMI analysts (where relevant) and other schedulers to balance order demand against truck supply Ensure the truck diary is correctly set up in the system Ensure Supply and product availability issues are reflected in the system set-up Allocate orders to trucks Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process Requirements: Fluent knowledge of English & Dutch Logistics and road delivery operations experience Distribution planning and exchanges experience Customer service orientation Scheduling Systems familiarity Business focus: understanding of key business processes within an organization Ability to cooperate with other cross-functional teams Analytical skills Rail/Barge Transport Planning experience Product Handling & Control experience 6 days per week Scheduling. Therefore rotation for Saturday work. Schedulers are shifted working during Mon - Fri working across an early or late shift.
