Customer Service Specialist (native English)
Beschrijving: For our customer in Nijmegen we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Native English) All patients receiving an anti-psychotic medication in the UK are required to be registered with one of the three current monitoring services. Activities for the position of Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to, data entry of patient and healthcare provider details, monitoring and data entry of patients' blood results, frequent telephone and email contact with pharmacists, doctors nurses and other care workers involved with the care of the patients and the handling of Adverse Events. Responsibilities: Ensuring a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers; Receiving inbound telephone calls from UK healthcare providers and re-direct, if applicable; Answering questions about patient data via telephone; Providing information and support to healthcare providers over the telephone and in writing; Handling new data received via telephone, fax or email according to working procedures; Performing follow-up communication with healthcare providers regarding (serious) adverse events; Ensuring that all telephone calls are logged in the appropriate call logs within the database; Facilitating the switch of patients to and from other monitoring services within the UK. Qualifications: Preferably degree in Medical or Social Science (University or HBO); Native English speaking and writing; Excellent communication skills (internal and external); Relevant working experience; A pro-active attitude; Ability to work both independently and with others; Ability to work well under pressure and while multi-tasking; Accuracy Flexibility Living in Nijmegen or the surroundings Availability of 32 40 hours per week
