Beschrijving: Wie? Onze opdrachtgever is een uitvoeringsorganisatie van het ministerie van Infrastructuur & Milieu. In dit project werkt Rijkswaterstaat volgens het IPM-model. In het kernteam van het project zitten de projectmanager, de contractmanager, de technisch manager, de omgevingsmanager en de manager projectbeheersing. Het project maakt onderdeel uit van het programma spoedaanpak Wegen (dertig projecten) en bevindt zich in de fase van de contractuitvoering.
