Samskip Multimodal Container Logistics is looking for a full-time: You will be responsible for arranging and negotiating corporate and local liability insurance coverage as required against financial attractive premiums. Such insurances are arranged to cover financial risks such as Director & Officers liability insurance, travel and property insurances and contractual liabilities such as marine, haulage, terminal, chartering and vessels contracts. You will handle all occurring claims and recoveries, analyse the risks and responsibilities on contracts with customers and sub-contractors and advise as appropriate. You will assist the staff in the business units in relevant shipping and transport matters such as documentation, procedures and customs matters, claim and loss prevention, recovery actions and goods-in-transit insurance option and assist in legal collections and enforcing rights of retention. From time to time you will review bills of lading and standard trading terms and conditions, organize awareness training on transport documentation, write cargo claim and loss prevention manuals You see the broader impact of your work within the organisation. You are a driven and motivated person that gets things. You stay optimistic when faced with obstacles and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Beschrijving: Jij bent in de rol van engineering manager verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling waar technische vraagstukken worden behandeld voor de producten en projecten van onze opdrachtgever. Voor de vestiging in omgeving Arnhem zijn wij op zoek naar een junior manager voor de auditpraktijk die toe is aan een 2de of 3de carrièrestap. Binnen deze organisatie worden voldoende carrière kansen aangeboden en ben je geen nummertje in de organisatie. Aan een goede werk/privébalans wordt veel waarde gehecht. Beschrijving: Als logistiek Manager draag je, met je afdeling, zorg voor een optimale ondersteuning van de realisatie van projecten, door zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief tijdig de benodigde goederen en materialen beschikbaar te stellen en door klantspecifieke werkzaamheden maximaal voor te bereiden in de werkplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de fysieke en digitale goederen- en informatiestromen, voormontage activiteiten van de werkplaats, voorraadstrategie, afdelingsproductiviteit, alle relevante personeels- en begrotingsactiviteiten. Binnen de doelstellingen van de Business Unit stel je het beleid op logistiek gebied vast en handhaaf je dit. Je geeft operationeel leiding aan de medewerkers van het magazijn en de chefwerkplaats en rapporteert over de geleverde performance in relatie tot de gestelde doelen. Je zorgt voor ketenoptimalisatie (Lean filosofie) door middel van het continu verbeteren van de logistieke processen.

As a Product Manager you are aware of the different types of coating and you can offer coating solutions that fit the specific need of the customer. Together with the senior Process Engineer Tool you will investigate the demands of clients and prospects in the global market. Within these specific demands you investigate which technical developments can offer future success to realize growth. The Product Manager tool is responsible for creating and maintain an international network and the awareness in the global market. You have a strong vision and passion for the product and it appliance, and you are global responsible for the market approach. Your focus is to build strong customer relationships and to try to influence the progress of the decision making process. The Product Manager Tool will be supported by the management and technical specialists.
 
Quality Manager
Beschrijving: Voor onze opdrachtgever in Wormerveer zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Quality Manager. De Quality Manager rapporteert aan de General Manager en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de producten, alsmede voor het beheer van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. De Quality Manager geeft leiding aan een team van 3 kwaliteitsinspecteurs. Tot de taak van de Quality Manager behoort tevens het beoordelen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen, het vaststellen van grenzen en bepalen van beoordelingscriteria. Daarnaast voer je in deze functie interne audits uit en stel je kwaliteitsrapportages op. Je ontwikkelt, documenteert en implementeert processen, procedures en werkinstructies.
