Sabic is now hiring an Advanced Marketing Manager PCR based out of Europe. The Challenge Sustainability is a key aspect of SABIC’s Corporate growth strategy. Post Consumer Recycle (PCR) is an important solution space in our sustainability strategy as organizations in the marketplace are increasingly designing products that adopt PCR plastics that meet voluntary labels such as EPEAT, TCO Edge and others, or, to satisfy their own respective internal corporate sustainability/green initiatives.. The Regional PCR Marketing Manager role will provide regional leadership for the comprehensive PCR products portfolio within SABIC Innovative Plastics, including customer engagement, growth plans, portfolio & marketing leadership. Specific deliverables include: Develop the regional MGAP/MGPP for PCR sources & infrastructure including establishing the regional processes and logistics with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, EHS&S, Manufacturing etc) Successfully Lead closed loop mechanical recycling projects Be the pole leader and focal point for on PCR prioritization and communication externally with customers and internally with Business Unit Stakeholders Lead PCR Portfolio Management delivering successful product positioning & overall strategy Participate in trade associations, conferences & lead market communication activities to make us visible and relevant Coordinate and align with corporate innovation projects with SABIC Sustainability and Technology and Innovation teams for synergy Partner with agency team on government regulatory related topics and specifications as well as key non-governmental organizations. Your Profile Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business/Marketing or other related fields Entrepreneurship by nature with strong can-do energy and mentality, passion for sustainability 5+ years of complex, large scale program or project management including relevant commercial or product experiences and ability to prioritize/downselect program decks Demonstrated ability to work across multiple different operating units Demonstrated ability in successfully leading cross-functional teams efficiently and deal with conflict positively. To develop and execute a strategy to do so, a global Advanced Marketing team is being established. Sabic is now hiring an Advanced Marketing Manager - Battery Cells in Americas or Europe, Europe Region Preferred The Challenge Lead the development of this e-mobility segment, initially focused on Li-Ion and AGM Battery Cells, into a profitable new growth area for SABIC Innovative Plastics, through product portfolio development, selected validation activities and translation of key technologies. Identify xEV applications at the Battery Cell Level requiring components with enhanced performance, as well as the key customers, suppliers and competitive offerings in each space. Initial Focus will be on electrolyte, separators and binder opportunities for Li-Ion and AGM Cells. Develop MGAP and MGPP for Battery Cell segment to drive on time New Product Introductions & New Technology Introductions that meet customer value propositions. Lead the validation and specification of key products and applications for the Battery Cell Segment with a thorough understanding of local customer needs and delivering required products and technologies. Assess and understand competitive landscape. In conjunction with field team strategically position SABIC-IP and develop a comprehensive strategy that positions SABIC for growth and success. Define and develop the next set of differentiated product and application solutions for the profitable growth of segment. Your Profile Qualifications/Requirements B.S. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related field 5 years min experience in Automotive or Automotive related supply chain. Demonstrated ability to effectively work and influence in matrixed, cross functional teams Creative and clear thinker, passionate about technology and business growth Conversational and Written English Language Fluency Able to travel regionally/domestically up to 30% of the time.
