Department SABIC Capital is an established entity within the SABIC Group and the center of excellence for global tax, treasury and statutory reporting. The Global Tax Group consists of 30 people located across the world (Europe, USA and Asia). It is responsible for global tax for the entire group outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Challenge The Transfer Pricing Manager is a member of the Global Tax function and will assist in a variety of global transfer pricing initiatives. This position will be responsible for identifying and analyzing intercompany transactions, preparing documentation that complies with local country transfer pricing requirements. This position will also be involved in identifying planning opportunities and risk management solutions, developing and implementing best practice and global transfer pricing policy. Responsibilities: Apply arm’s-length principles to all related party transactions (tangibles, intangibles and services) Documentation of related party transactions, including functional analysis Economic benchmarking of related party transactions Provide transfer pricing audit support Manage external advisors on selected transfer pricing initiatives Recommend effective TP methods aligned with business model Develop comprehensive transfer pricing strategy across global business Administer related processes; implement best practices Your Profile Education & Training Advanced degree or professional designation (tax, finance, business) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English – written and verbal Experience Professional experience specializing in transfer pricing and/or tax efficient supply chain transformation projects Minimum of 5 years advisory experience (Big 4, law or consulting firm) preferred Familiar with full spectrum of manufacturing and distribution structuring alternatives Broad exposure to transfer pricing and international tax planning concepts Competencies Proactive; self-motivated Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Project/time management skills; attention to detail Collaborative style; ability to work in a team environment and independently Demonstrated ability to “think outside the box”, “connect the dots” and “think 3 steps ahead” Respectful of other cultures with flexibility to work with different time zones Willingness to travel Further Information This position is open to being located in the following locations: Pittsfield, MA; Amsterdam, NL, Singapore

Regional Sales Manager A&c Northern Europe
Beschrijving: Reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager for the A&C organization as a Regional Sales Manager A&C - Northern Europe you are responsible for driving actuation business in the northern Europe through Tyco Direct Verticals sales team, channel partners and other valve manufacturer's. As a RSM A&C - Northern Europe you'll be responsible for sales of actuation products through all channels in the region. Travel (60%) is required to meet sales and profit growth goals for actuation products in this large territory. Responsibilities: - Work with Industry Verticals to develop annual sales plans and objectives in the respective region - Identify and develop new business at new independent distributors and valve OEM's for Tyco A&C products in the region - Responsible for managing growth in actuation business with existing channel partners, valve OEM's, and Industry Verticals in respective region - Provide technical product and application training on actuation - Develop specifications for Tyco actuation products at engineering firms and end user's in respective region - Analyze opportunity for growth in Market Segments with the Industry Verticals and participate in the training of people - Identify best channel to market for actuation and control products in respective region - Support and co-ordinate Industry Vertical in pricing activity for projects where Tyco product are involved
