Junior Maintenance Engineer Beschrijving: Onder leiding van de Manager E&M zal je verschillende werkzaamheden gaan verrichten binnen de maintenance afdeling, om zodoende een brede ervaring op te doen. The naphtha-crackers produce 1,250,000 ton/a of ethylene and 675,000 ton/a of propylene, mainly used as feedstock for our poly-olefins plants. Our naphtha-crackers have superior plant reliability and a competitive cost position. The maintenance and improvements efforts are crucial to ensure our future plant reliability as well a safe plant operation. Structure Site Geleen For both the Polymers as well the Chemicals & Intermediates Cluster, a split is made in responsibilities for Operations (short term focus), Site Improvements (long-term focus) and Site Services. Functieomschrijving Eén van onze klanten is een large account in Veldhoven. Bij deze klant zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technisch beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwgebonden installaties. Wij zorgen ervoor dat de installaties zo optimaal mogelijk werken waardoor de klant haar productieproces zo effectief mogelijk kan uitvoeren. De uitdaging van jouw werk als Maintenance Engineer bij Cofely is het halen van de beste prestaties uit de gebouwgebonden- en industriële installaties. Hiervoor stel je onderhoudsplannen en rapportages op met als doel het optimaliseren van de betrouwbaarheidsratio's, waardoor de continuïteit van de productie van de klant gewaarborgd blijft. Asset Management noemen we dat: het optimaal inzetten van techniek, kijkende naar de prestaties, risico's en kosten, waarbij je streeft naar een optimale betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en veiligheid. Je analytisch vermogen komt daarbij goed van pas. Wat is de maximale capaciteit die de installatie kan leveren? Wanneer plan je een vervangingsinvestering? Wat is de impact van aanpassingen op de overige installaties? Je focus ligt vooral op bestaande installaties, maar soms klopt de klant ook al vóór de bouw van een nieuwe installatie bij je aan. In dat geval denk je als maintenance engineer al van meet af aan mee over een meerjarig ontwikkel- en onderhoudsplan, rekening houdend met de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Zowel technisch als cijfermatig inzicht is voor deze functie cruciaal. Je bent een sterke teamspeler, want je werkt prettig samen met de opdrachtgever en je collega-kennisdragers. Cofely Zuid heeft een vooraanstaande positie binnen de provincies Noord-Brabant en Gelderland als het gaat om het bieden van integrale oplossingen van ontwerp tot en met realisatie. Tevens verzorgen wij bij veel klanten en onderhoud en beheer aan hun technische installaties. Wij zijn onder andere actief in de vakgebieden elektrotechniek, verwarming, koeltechniek, ventilatie, airconditioning, beveiliging, sprinkler en utilitaire en industriële automatisering. Binnen deze vakgebieden richt Cofely zich vooral op grote en complexe projecten. De hoofdvestiging van Cofely Zuid is gevestigd in Oisterwijk. Tevens zijn er nevenvestigingen in Eindhoven, Arnhem en Deventer en zijn er diverse projectlocaties verspreid over Brabant en Gelderland. Bij Cofely Zuid werken circa 600 medewerkers. Functieomschrijving Eén van onze klanten is een large account in Veldhoven. Bij deze klant zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technisch beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwgebonden installaties. Wij zorgen ervoor dat de installaties zo optimaal mogelijk werken waardoor de klant haar productieproces zo effectief mogelijk kan uitvoeren. De uitdaging van jouw werk als Maintenance Engineer bij Cofely is het halen van de beste prestaties uit de gebouwgebonden- en industriële installaties. Hiervoor stel je onderhoudsplannen en rapportages op met als doel het optimaliseren van de betrouwbaarheidsratio's, waardoor de continuïteit van de productie van de klant gewaarborgd blijft. Asset Management noemen we dat: het optimaal inzetten van techniek, kijkende naar de prestaties, risico's en kosten, waarbij je streeft naar een optimale betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en veiligheid. Je analytisch vermogen komt daarbij goed van pas. Wat is de maximale capaciteit die de installatie kan leveren? Wanneer plan je een vervangingsinvestering? Wat is de impact van aanpassingen op de overige installaties? Je focus ligt vooral op bestaande installaties, maar soms klopt de klant ook al vóór de bouw van een nieuwe installatie bij je aan. In dat geval denk je als maintenance engineer al van meet af aan mee over een meerjarig ontwikkel- en onderhoudsplan, rekening houdend met de actuele wet- en regelgeving. Zowel technisch als cijfermatig inzicht is voor deze functie cruciaal. Je bent een sterke teamspeler, want je werkt prettig samen met de opdrachtgever en je collega-kennisdragers.
