The Job: Lead complex problems and co-ordinate activity with more junior members. Work with Product Management to develop solution outlines, and estimates for work products. Ownership of design, implementation and delivery of new features and components, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards. Development in a test-driven way robust, efficient, flexible and maintainable software. Contribute to ongoing development of the technical architecture. Development of adequate project documentation, including delivery of design specifications. Performs maintenance on software as required liaising with Customer Support. Requirements/Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline. Proven ability to develop robust, efficient, flexible and maintainable code in a test driven way for enterprise class products. Advanced knowledge of C# programming and associated .NET framework. Experience working with web front ends (ASP.net). Experience with source control tools, automated build and continuous integration frameworks. Good knowledge of data processing and databases, strong experience with MS SQL. Experience with full product development life cycle. Experience in agile development. Proven analysis, problem solving and estimation skills. Good communication and relationship skills. A background in commercial product development is advantageous.
