Al 88 jaar is Capway dé partner voor industriële bakkerijen. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor van Capway in Driebergen (binnenkort in Houten) is de afgelopen jaren sturing gegeven aan verdere groei en expansie van de organisatie. Anno 2011 wordt het grootste deel van de omzet geëxporteerd. De organisatie beschikt over verkoopkantoren en productiebedrijven in Nederland, Engeland en Amerika. Waar tot voor kort Capway ingericht was als projectenorganisatie, is deze aan het veranderen naar een meer procesgerichte organisatie. | Manager Engineering Beschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling engineering van onze opdrachtgever. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor alle technische oplossingen in de producten en projecten. Je bent daarmee verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting van alle engineeringprocessen voor de projecten en je moet zeker stellen dat de ontwerpen en de engineeringoplossingen binnen het gestelde voor wat betreft tijd, geld, kwaliteit, maakbaarheid en toelating worden gerealiseerd. Een belangrijk aspect is capaciteitsmanagement: het zorgen voor de juiste engineeringcapaciteit op het juiste moment, door de matrixorganisatie ligt hier de nadruk op. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de juiste competenties binnen de afdeling, om afhankelijkheid van derden te voorkomen. Uiteraard hoort daar ook bij dat alle processen en oplossingen voldoen aan de relevant wettelijke eisen die gesteld worden. Het bedrijf is een zelfstandige entiteit onder een wereldwijd concern. De hydraulische systemen worden wereldwijd verkocht aan de meest aansprekende en grootste spelers in de markt. De producten worden voor ca. 45% klant specifiek ontwikkeld en geproduceerd de overige producten zijn standaard. De omvang van de organisatie is op dit moment ca. 80 fte vast personeel wat het komende jaar zal groeien naar 110 fte. Dit door een samenvoeging van een twee bedrijven dit is door een samenvoeging van twee bedrijven. De R&D director is verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van de R&D en Engineering op de vestiging in Nederland ( 12fte HBO-WO niveau ) en de 3 Engineering vestigingen wereldwijd ( ca. 15 fte ). In Nederland ben je direct leiding gevend en voor de overige vestigingen ben je eind verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de gehele groep maar zal de lokale vestigingsmanager lijn verantwoordelijk zijn ( Europa en Azië ).
