Online Sales Manager Dutch - Eu Headquarters

The area: Online Sales and Operations, Online Sales Group The Online Sales Group (OSG) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSG team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible - and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role: Online Sales Manager, Dutch The main role of the Business Unit Manager will involve leading a high-performing and highly-skilled account management team to execute sales plans and drive revenue for the region. You will be joining a fast-growing and exciting team. You will also be required to assist and/or lead in key Dutch Market business plans, projects and strategies. Responsibilities: Drive the strategy for aggressively expanding Google’s share of Advertising spend in the Dutch and Belgian SMB market Work with cross functional product and sales teams to sell and implement Search (Adwords) and Display (YouTube, Global Distribution Network) solutions with our advertisers Identify industry trends and the opportunities that ensue for Google and our advertisers (e.g Mobile and Tablet adoption) Analyse data, trends and client performance to develop quarterly strategic plans for the region. Partner with Inside Sales to drive our acquisition strategy, focusing on emerging businesses and traditional brand advertisers Manage teams of highly motivated sales and support Account Managers. Recruit top talent from both European Universities and experienced market sales executives Requirements: BSc degree with a strong academic record or equivalent. MBA and/or consulting experience a plus Significant experience as a sales leader with demonstrated success Strong interest and experience in direct people management and development Strong interest in technology and its ability to enable commerce across all business types. Online advertising experience a plus Fluency, written and spoken, in Dutch and English and significant experience working in either The Netherlands or Belgium

Beschrijving: The Role The Citrix Online Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for applying an understanding of Citrix Online's products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base while selling to small and medium business accounts. In this role you will focus on companies with 1-500 employees that can benefit from remote Web-based collaboration for technical support, Web-based meetings and desktop access. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing. The aim of this role is to grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. Account expansion and retention activities include customer account reviews, applying guidance regarding cross selling into new departments, solution selling, negotiation and closing. Beschrijving: Online Vakbeurzen is een team binnen het Cluster Crossmedia & Online. Met 8 verschillende online platforms brengt VNU Exhibitions ook digitaal de exposant en zijn bezoeker bij elkaar. Als Sales Medewerker van dit team treed je telefonisch in contact met klanten om hen te informeren en te adviseren over deze methode van leadgeneratie. Kennis van nieuwe media is belangrijk om de klanten te overtuigen van de toegevoegde waarde hiervan. Gemaakte afspraken volg je snel en adequaat op. Je werkt nauw samen met je teamgenoten (Project Coördinator en Sales Medewerker) en rapporteert aan de Project Manager Online Vakbeurzen.
