For the building of our new EB2 production line we are searching for a Safety Supervisor & She Support who’s core task is the definition and coordination of all safety regulations and prescriptions on the building site for internal and external employees and other parties involved. The Safety Supervisor is responsible for the promotion of exceptional safe teamwork with the operations teams stationed at the work site. He or she assists in the resolution of safety issues and the performance of field safety assessments. Major tasks and responsibilities Create and maintain the overall SHE plan for the execution phase of construction projects. Judge, advice and supervise the SHE plans of all the different external parties. Update the plant safety plan and safety file. Record all the incident and accident reports in his project environment and in factory Active member of the toolbox meetings. Execute inspections on the site in order to indentify any unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions, monitor progress of safety action points and archive reports. Supervise agreements made in the SHE plan and if necessary take corrective actions. Performs routine safety training sessions and holds toolbox talks with the teams at the job site. Assists, advices and takes corrective actions if needed in cases of unsafe working situations. Beschrijving: Als Quality Manager / Technical Support Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscoördinatie en de technische ondersteuning van onze Europese service organisatie. Je bekleedt hierbij een spilfunctie in een internationale omgeving. De kwaliteitscoördinatie (Quality, Safety & Environment) neemt circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Je draagt zorg voor het up-to-date houden van instructies, procedures en bedrijfsprocessen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de certificering volgens de ISO, OHSAS en VCA normen. Je geeft instructies en trainingen op locatie in de service centra en on-site teams in Europa en bezoekt klanten bij incidenten of calamiteiten. Door je overtuigende persoonlijkheid en probleemoplossend vermogen weet jij de Busch organisatie op een representatieve manier te vertegenwoordigen bij interne en externe klanten. De technische ondersteuning neemt ook circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Hiervoor beschik je over een gedegen technische kennis en ervaring en weet deze praktisch in te zetten voor de organisatie. Je draagt zorg voor het uitvoeren van garantie- en foutanalyses, uitwerken van verbeterplannen, nieuwe instructies en technische updates en bent actief betrokken bij het Lean Manufacturing proces.
