The Challenge Your role: Owns the Assets within the Quad. Is responsible for optimizing the performance of the Assets in the most cost effective manner Owns the Asset Reliability, Asset Availability and Outage Management Work Processes in the Quad Drives the methodologies (Criticality, RCA, RCM, PPM) Identifies and communicates operating unit goals with respect to health, safety, and environmental concerns, unit operations, and technical opportunities Prioritizes and owns unit maintenance plan based on budget Develops maintenance planning based on priority and resource availability including preventive maintenance Your responsibilities: Regarding to the OE processes responsible for all job related steps within the work processes Maintenance plans development and budget owner Responsible for identifying, planning and executing projects at SF&S plant (P&E owner) Actively work with operations and Quad to analyze and understand production needs and create asset opportunities to meet those needs Your Profile Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of: Critical thinker, motivated, driven and a team player. The Challenge Purpose of the job The Leader of the Technical department leads the site’s technical efforts (process and project engineering, and process automation) and provides technical guidance to the Site Manager and responds as necessary to meet critical business needs. Responsibilities Provides strategic direction and leadership for the Site Process and Project Engineering Team, and Process Automation Engineering Team. Provides leadership in OE efforts. Owns Technology Application Management (TAM) and Small Project (SP) rollout for the site. Works with site leaders to develop the Unit Technology Plans and Site Infrastructure Technology Plans and manages teams to execute the plans. Owns Total Cost Out (TCO) initiative for the site and manages transition into OE methodology. Owns the Site Manufacturing Technical Career Path (MTCP) and organize site Principal Engineers in maintaining and advancing MTCP efforts. Overall responsibility for the capex budget for the site. Assists Site and Global Training Leaders in identifying, acquiring and/or developing and delivering important technical training. Ensures best practices are shared across the company. Provides input into the development of the Business Technology Plan. Interfaces with the Process COE on gap analysis to identify future technology opportunities. Assesses value of opportunities from other work processes. Ensures solid technical support for EHS&S goals. Beschrijving: Role Summary/Purpose The NL Operations Team Leader leads a team of 10-12 members who manage the VOD, customer services and technical services processes of our Capital Fleet business. These processes mainly consist of ordering & installation of new cars, resolving incoming queries from drivers and fleet managers for vehicles on the road, executing transfers and rewrites, managing maintenance and accident issues and database management. Essential Responsibilities In this function, the Team Leader mainly interacts with departments such as Finance, Sales, Sourcing, Collections, Risk and key outsourcing partners as well as he/she also has developed strong constructive relationships with other operational teams. Main responsibilities: • Motivate and engage team members to deliver on agreed objectives and develop, coach, support these direct reports to enhance skills and knowledge • Through metrics and process documentation in SOP’s, lead and control processes and behaviour in operations to minimise backlogs and to ensure that at all times all activities remain compliant within current GE policies and standards • Identify business opportunities, threats and best practices in line with GE Capital’s PEA strategy in order to drive continuous improvement and increase customer satisfaction • Act as a partner with other key departments to keep portfolio healthy and to deliver on PEA strategy as well as required projects/activities to ensure business’regulatory readiness • Own and resolve escalated customer issues communicating with cross functional groups to ensure resolution • Represent OPS NL in review both locally as EMEA-wide and able to maintain strong working relationships in a matrix organisation.
