Onze opdrachtgever is een uitvoeringsorganisatie van het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu. Project VORT staat voor Veiligheid en onderhoud rijkstunnels. Het betreft onderhoud aan tunneltechnische en verkeerstechnische installaties, waaronder ventilatie, verlichting en snelheidsdiscriminerende systemen. Het managementprojectbeheersingsteam bestaat naast de manager projectbeheersing uit een risicomanager, een medewerker van de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering, inkoop en ondersteuning (BIO) en een planningsdeskundige. Het financieel beheer en documentbeheer wordt door de manager projectbeheersing zelf gedaan. Wat? Wat u gaat doen en wat we van u vragen, leest u hieronder. Taken U werkt nauw samen met de risicomanager, de planner en de afdeling BIO. U levert een belangrijke bijdrage ter bevordering van de samenwerking met de rest van het IPM-team. U levert actuele en benodigde informatie aan de projectmanager over financiën, de top 5 risicos en de mijlpalenplanning. U verzamelt en levert de benodigde informatie aan VORT Centraal voor overleggen en rapportages. U bewaakt en monitort het taakstellend budget.
