Sector, organization & department information The sector Manufacturing & Supply Chain Capabilities Development (MSC) is responsible for the introduction of new production platforms and technology as well as consistent, leaner processes and systems. The Fulfill Demand (FD) organization is responsible for building, maintaining and extending enterprise-wide manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Through partnership with our manufacturing operations in Canada, The Netherlands and Australia FD provides the capabilities to transform millions or web orders received from 24 websites into tangible products shipped to our customers around the globe. MSC and FD are both located in Winterthur, Switzerland. This position is located in Venlo, 30% travel to CH, US and AU. Job Overview In this position you will lead the local cross-functional MSC team including process, software and system engineers, as well as project managers. You act as the primary MSC representative in the hosting production facility (Venlo) and you are the primary advocate for Venlo within MSC. You can oversee the MSC local portfolio, ensuring client delivery of all MSC managed projects. You will also promote the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and client satisfaction. This position requires constant communication with European, US and/or Australian management teams and production facilities. This position will also require the manager and his team to support local production facility needs and align them with the global engineering standards, corporate direction and common performance metrics. The MSC Local Delivery Manager is member of the MSC management team, associated with the plant (client) management team and reports to the Head of Fulfill Demand. Candidate profile Personal & leadership skills: • Technical Degree (Masters, Bachelors, or equivalent) in engineering, management or science. Master’s degree preferred. MBA is advantageous; • Strong client focus – ability to operate at Business Owner level (ex. Senior Manager/Director/VP level.); • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of global operational service delivery management expertise; • Demonstrable experience of having designed and implemented significant productivity as well as customer satisfaction improvements; • Significant experience of leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment; • Strong commercial and financial awareness, impact and risk-benefit analysis; • Strong communicator at all levels. | Customer Service Manager Beschrijving: Mensen en processen managen Als Customer Service Manager geef je leiding aan een divers team in Standdaarbuiten, namelijk; het bedrijfsbureau (planner, werkvoorbereider en magazijn). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het supply chain management. Je bent leading in het stroomlijnen van de orders, kostprijsbeheersing en je levert inhoudelijke input aan de Sales (organisatie). Je hebt contact met de voornaamste klanten bij complexe vraagstukken. Je bent (eind) verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijsberekening ter voorbereiding op offertes. Je monitort de obsolete stock, overdues en forecast. Het service center is opgebouwd uit een aantal specialismen van waaruit wij zowel de interne- als de externe klant ondersteunen bij het zoeken naar de beste oplossing voor zijn vraagstuk. U heeft een dragende rol als het gaat om de opbouw van ons service center. | Delivery Manager Beschrijving: ls Delivery Manager ben je werkzaam in de dynamische omgeving van het contactcenter. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele management. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de resultaten, je verzorgt en analyseert rapportages, doet verbetervoorstellen en geeft direct leiding aan de Team Leaders. Dit met als doel de tevredenheid van de klant voor het project te behouden en te vergroten en interne efficiency te verbeteren. Je weet een goede balans te vinden tussen klantbelang en organisatiebelang. Je kunt de wensen van de klant goed vertalen en verkopen binnen de interne organisatie en vice versa. Je rapporteert aan de Client Team Manager. - Aansturen, begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van de Team Leaders, indirect stuur je de Callcenter Medewerkers aan. - Ontwerpen, onderhouden en analyseren van operationele rapportages met betrekking tot o.a. productiviteit, kwaliteit en rentabiliteit van het Client Team; - Vertalen van rapportages en klantwensen naar praktisch uitvoerbare actieplannen ter verbetering van de operationele processen; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en collegas betreft operationele zaken en het verbeteren en evalueren van processen, resultaten en werkzaamheden. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van project parameters (i.s.m.
