Beschrijving: Als juridisch / compliance medewerker heb je een gecombineerde functie. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het juridisch beleid binnen APG en je adviseert het management over juridische zaken. Ook zorg je voor een juiste en uniforme behandeling van uiteenlopende juridische aangelegenheden betreffende de hele APG-organisatie. Daarnaast vervul je een rol als compliance medewerker van de afdeling Corporate Legal, Tax & Compliance (CLC) en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en de naleving van compliance en het integriteitbeleid binnen CLC. Je zorgt ervoor dat er binnen je bedrijfsonderdeel voldoende awareness is voor van de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en je monitort deze. Voor beide onderdelen geldt dat je in staat moet zijn om de dagelijkse werkzaamheden met grote mate van zelfstandigheid te verrichten. Voor zover het de compliance-werkzaamheden betreft, is het van belang dat je in staat bent een onafhankelijke en vertrouwelijke rol te vervullen en dat je adequaat invulling kan geven aan een directe rapportagelijn naar de manager Compliance. Bij APG ga je werken bij de afdeling Corporate Legal Tax & Compliance (CLC). Hier werken 14 professionals die verantwoordelijk zijn voor juridische, fiscale (beleids)advisering en compliance voor de Raad van Bestuur, de business units en dochtervennootschappen van het APG-concern. De werkzaamheden van CLC zijn zowel beleidsmatig als operationeel van aard, en omvatten in hoofdzaak de volgende terreinen: Legal/tax: Contractering, juridische herstructureringen, overnamen en fusies, rechtspersonenrecht, verzekeringen, intellectueel eigendomsrecht (auteursrecht, merkenrecht, domeinnamen), vennootschapsbelasting, omzetbelasting (btw), loonheffing, governance vraagstukken.
