In Nijmegen is a supply chain organization located, with 230 employees. This location produces (half) finished products for the markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In Europe the products are available at the pharmacy, the assortment is intended for infants with food allergy’s. Quality, reliability, innovation and ethics are very important within our company. To expand our team in Nijmegen we are looking for a Manager Maintenance The Manager Maintenance is responsible for plant wide maintenance of machinery, installations, buildings, grounds, etc against company and legal standards set on quality, safety, delivery performance and financials. Is indirect responsible for functional coaching and competencies of the line technicians. In this position you report to the Plant Manager Operations Key Performance Areas; - Develop the capital strategic plan and align with key supply chain leaders, operations and engineering and maintenance staff. - Prioritize and execute the annual capital budget with operations, engineering and maintenance staff. - Ensure drawing files are updated and exist for the maintenance group. - Continue to optimize continuity plans to ensure supply. - Ensure Maintenance, Operations are a cohesive team that supports the Manufacturing Operation. - Develop the maintenance staff to provide high quality technical results and deliver flawless project execution. - Develop and execute plan for reliability of equipment via preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs. - Ensure resource allocation for the transition of the current maintenance system to SAP. - Establish a controls foundation and improve process automation capability. - Builds and sustains strong relationships inside and outside of the organization. Qualifications and Experience: - Mechanical or Electrical degree required, advanced degree preferred - Min. 5 years experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment for food products, infant formula or spray drying experience a plus - Extensive knowledge of process equipment and packaging equipment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of maintenance inventory and work order system such as SAP or Maximo. - Leadership of a maintenance group - Excellent people skills - Focused on improvement & innovation - Drive performance with focus Condition of employment Mead Johnson offers very good primary and secondary benefits,. Voor onze organisatie in Nijmegen zijn wij op zoek naar een: Teamleader Productie Functieprofiel van de vacature Teamleader Productie Als Teamleader heb je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid voor en het coördineren van het productieproces in de vijf ploegendienst binnen de afdeling Cannning Line/Dry Blending. Je geeft leiding aan 9 medewerkers. Belangrijkste resultaatgebieden - Het realiseren van de output en afgesproken resultaat - Naleving van het afgesproken veiligheid- en kwaliteitsbeleid zodat de opgeleverde producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsspecificaties incl. voedselveiligheid. - De motivatie en het juiste kennisniveau van de direct en indirect rapporterende productiemedewerkers. - Het creëeren van zo optimaal mogelijke condities t.a.v. de productievoortgang van de komende dagen. - Tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten ben je de hoogst verantwoordelijke voor de gebeurtenissen en te nemen beslissingen in de plant. - Dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapportage t.a.v. de productievoortgang, zodat deze als managementinformatie gebruikt kan worden. - Je neemt deel in verbeterprojecten (TPM). Competenties Voor deze functie zoeken wij een resultaat- en mensgerichte leidinggevende. Je hebt de drive om het continu beter te willen doen. Je bent initiatiefrijk, standvastig, nauwgezet, neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit. Communiceren gaat je makkelijk af. Functie-eisen: - Wij nodigen zowel ervaren als minder ervaren kandidaten (in de zuivel of pharma) met potentie en ambitie uit om te reageren. - HBO-niveau. - Kennis van productieprocessen en systemen. - Algemene kennis en inzicht op de gebieden microbiologie, logistiek, techniek en auditing. - Kennis van GMP (pharma) , HACCP en EHS-richtlijnen.
