    Beschrijving: Department The Supply Chain Chemicals department is responsible for planning, order handling and distribution of around 8 Mton of chemicals in Europe. The Planning department takes care of long and short term planning, both in terms of demand, supply and inventory. The Challenge In the position of Business Analyst - SCM Chemicals you are going to act between Supply Chain Planning and IT in a Chemicals environment. You will contribute to maximizing the business revenues against minimal costs and working capital by further developing the planning and scheduling optimization concepts for SCP Chemicals. You will analyze and solve abnormal deviations in behaviour and/or results of PIMS and AOS applications, including their interfaces to other systems (e.g. IP-21 and SAP) and applications (e.g. Spyro). You will also collect and analyze required changes in AOS and PIMS models (NL and UK), application configurations and system interfaces (R/3, APO, IP21). Providing 2nd-line support and advice to users, validating functional specifications and translating them into technical specification and planning and implementing changes in models and/or application configurations (or act as technical project leader) are in the job as well. The same goes for coordinating upgrades of new AspenOne releases and implementation of patches and for creating test plans for own use, performing tests and reporting results. Supporting key-users to create and carry out test plans are your responsibility as well. Managing user authoritzations, maintaining training material (using key-user input) and maintaining procedures/work instructions (using key-user input) also belong to your responsibilities. To be successful in this role you need to build up and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties, like (key-)users, SAP Application Manager(s) and the AspenOne Technical Manager, IT and Technology&Information departments, Aspentech (external). Your Profile At least a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (strongly preferred), Economics / Supply Chain Management, or related IT field. Additional preference: APICS. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a SCM-, Manufacturing- or Industrial (petrochemical) environment. Planning Process Analyst - Scm Chemicals
Beschrijving: Department The Supply Chain Management department is responsible for the planning and optimisation of the production assets in Europe and planning the import flows. The total volume is around 14 Mton of feedstock and base chemicals in Europe. The Planning department takes care of long and short term planning, both in terms of demand, supply and inventory. Given the complex nature of the optimisation the Planning department is using LP tools to support the feedstock selection and manufacturing optimisation. These tools form the heart of the total planning solution. The Challenge Main target for the Planning Analyst is to support the overall planning process by using our optimisation tools to identify business opportunities and directly influence the business decisions. This is done on an operational, tactical and strategic level. Main tasks are: Use the optimisations models as an expert user being able to optimise the overall business strategy. Assessment of large investment projects. Identify bottlenecks within the operational domain and build business cases to improve them. Identify cracking values for feedstock purchasing. Your Profile You have obtained a University degree in Econometrics, Operations Research or similar, with a specialisation or an additional education in supply chain optimisation or Chemical Engineering with a specialization on modelling. You have at least 2 years of experience in modelling. You possess a strong capability to think in processes, firm analytic and conceptual reasoning skills. Beschrijving: Voor de versterking van ons European Business Support (EBS) team (bestaande uit ondermeer een andere Business Analyst (finance oriented), een Business Developer, twee E-business officers, een Compliance officer, een Facilities officer, en een Manager European Business Support) zijn wij op zoek naar een: BUSINESS ANALYST (SUPPLY CHAIN ORIENTED) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de analyse, implementatie, standaardisatie en optimalisatie van de primaire bedrijfsprocessen van alle Europese Shimano kantoren om zo een bijdrage te leveren aan de realisatie van de strategie en doelen van de Shimano Europe Group. Hierbij zorg je tevens voor de functionele effectiviteit van applicaties die de processen ondersteunen (zoals EP1, PTS, SOD, CRM, SLIM4, Kewill, EDI). Binnen de doelstellingen ligt je taak om tussen de diverse kantoren in Europa synergie te creeëren op het gebied van processen en applicaties. In dit proces heb je als Business Analyst een actief uitvoerende rol. Tot je taken behoren onder meer: Het analyseren en definiëren van bedrijfsprocessen om zo uniformiteit en synergie te creeëren tussen de Shimano kantoren in Europa, en vervolgens bij te dragen in de vertaling van deze processen naar functionele ontwerpen/oplossingen in de gerelateerde applicaties. Het coördineren/beheren van de functionele ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van applicaties in overleg met andere disciplines, systeemontwikkelaars en externe consultants. Het bijdragen aan de implementatie (door systeemontwikkelaars) van systeemwijzigingen die leiden tot procesverbeteringen, deze test en evalueer je naderhand. Het voorbereiden van testplannen en vervolgens het monitoren en beoordelen van de gebruikerstesten, dit is inclusief het begeleiden/trainen van gebruikers en het waarborgen van een juiste documentatie van testresultaten, bedrijfsprocessen en werkinstructies. Het vaststellen en prioritiseren van systeemmodificaties samen met de ICT-afdeling en andere stakeholders binnen de organisatie en het op periodieke basis rapporteren van de status, resultaten en ontwikkelingen hiervan. Het nauw samenwerken met diverse collegas (ICT, business analisten en business developers) om zo een uniforme, en synergetische aanpak te waarborgen.

Beschrijving: De Global ERP Business Analyst (ABAP Workbench & Basis) is verantwoordelijk voor de technische inrichting van SAP. In deze positie ben je de schakel tussen de business, je collega SAP Consultants en het uitvoerende bedrijf dat gevestigd is in India. Dit bedrijf in India is verantwoordelijk voor het configureren en programmeren van SAP volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen. Dit gehele proces wordt door jou beheert c.q. aangestuurd. Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de programmeer structuur dat gebruikt wordt in ABAP.
