Een technisch verantwoordelijke functie waarbij je brede inzichten en vaardigheden ontwikkelt in alle aspecten van rotating equipment design en processen bij de klant om zo tot de juiste nieuwbouw oplossing en offerte te komen. Als proposal engineer zoek je een optimale technische oplossing waarbij thermodynamica, mechanische en rotordynamische apecten een belangrijke rol spelen. Je zoekt naar de juiste technische oplossingen voor klanten waarbij een nieuwe machine wordt aangeboden. Je houdt je onder andere ook bezig met: Het samenstellen van een juiste en klantspecifieke offerte met een beheersbaar technisch risico. De technische inhoud van offertes, welke onder andere bestaat uit: selectie van nieuwe machines, het optimaliseren van het technische ontwerp volgens behoeften van de klant, modificatie van seals en bijbehorende systemen, specificeren van de scope of supply, specificeren van het engineering uren budget. Aansturen van inkoop voor het verkrijgen van offertes voor koppelingen, seals, tandwielkasten, drivers etc. Bezoeken van klanten voor acquisitie of het toelichting geven op geboden technische oplossingen. Uitvoeren en coördineren van engineering studies inclusief heldere rapportage. Geven van technische ondersteuning bij performance problemen in het veld. |
Maintenance Engineer Static Equipment Beschrijving: Department Site Geleen SABIC’s Geleen Site encompasses 7 chemical plants. The naphtha-crackers produce 1,250,000 ton/a of ethylene and 675,000 ton/a of propylene, mainly used as feedstock for our poly-olefins plants. Our naphtha-crackers have superior plant reliability and a competitive cost position. The maintenance and improvements efforts are crucial to ensure our future plant reliability as well a safe plant operation. From that perspective we are facing a challenge to prepare and implement numerous value-up and cost-down improvements in the next decade. Structure Site Geleen For both the Polymers as well the Chemicals & Intermediates Cluster, a split is made in responsibilities for Operations (short term focus), Site Improvements (long-term focus) and Site Services. The latter has the responsibility in planning, scheduling and execution of projects, maintenance and turn-arounds. Operations has a responsibility for safe and maximum production. The responsibilities of Site Improvements are twofold: Improving cost competitiveness of our plants: identifying, investigating the feasibility and scoping improvement proposals for maintenance, license-to-operate-project as well Value-up & Cost-down projects Custodians of process integrity & safety and regulatory compliancy Are you interested in contributing to our future challenge to ensure plan reliability and cost competitiveness? The Challenge As a Maintenance Engineer you act within three different aspects of maintenance engineering. You deliver risk-based scopes for Turn-Arounds, develop RBI-based maintenance strategies & plans mainly for preventive maintenance and participate in safety & improvement studies. Within the discipline Static Equipment you have the opportunity to apply your thorough knowledge of pressure vessels, piping, valves, heat exchangers and insulation. You are able to perform FMEA and RCA’s in order to make informed decisions and opinions which will be documented with care. In addition, you can contribute to maintenance strategies based on RBI. You will also be actively involved in the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of preventive maintenance through cost-killers, cost drivers and breakdowns. The applications are unparalleled.
