The department ERP Services Europe is responsible to provide user support for SABIC ERP deployed solutions within region Europe, to ensure excellent service delivery via incident, problem and change management. The Challenge The Section Head ERP Technical Support is responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting the technical environment required by SAP and SAP related applications. The Section Head will lead the ERP Technical Support team in order to: Provide technical support for SABIC ERP deployed solutions to facilitate optimal operations within the services and the transform department. Secure un-interrupted supply of ERP solutions in order to guarantee the standards of operational excellence for the SABIC business processes. Provide technical support for multiple business units whose day to day operations are critically dependant on all ERP deployed solutions. Manage agreement (SLA) with our SAP hosting supplier. Secure availability of ERP systems. Your Profile Minimum education; University or Bachelor degree, preferably in IT or Engineering. Good understanding of company processes, goals and objectives and their metrics and measures; Leadership and people management skills; Excellent incident-, problem- and change management skills; Knowledge of financial planning and capital management concepts; In-depth knowledge of ITIL policies, procedures, systems and best practices in the diverse areas of IT; Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; Strong ability to remain focused on long-term objectives in light of immediate operational requirements; Able to participate in global multi-disciplinary & cultural teams and business relationships; Proven experience with SAP Basis. Quality Manager / Technical Support Coordinator M/v
Beschrijving: Als Quality Manager / Technical Support Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscoÃ¶rdinatie en de technische ondersteuning van onze Europese service organisatie. Je bekleedt hierbij een spilfunctie in een internationale omgeving. De kwaliteitscoÃ¶rdinatie (Quality, Safety & Environment) neemt circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Je draagt zorg voor het up-to-date houden van instructies, procedures en bedrijfsprocessen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de certificering volgens de ISO, OHSAS en VCA normen. Je geeft instructies en trainingen op locatie in de service centra en on-site teams in Europa en bezoekt klanten bij incidenten of calamiteiten. Door je overtuigende persoonlijkheid en probleemoplossend vermogen weet jij de Busch organisatie op een representatieve manier te vertegenwoordigen bij interne en externe klanten. De technische ondersteuning neemt ook circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Hiervoor beschik je over een gedegen technische kennis en ervaring en weet deze praktisch in te zetten voor de organisatie. Hiertoe geef je direct leiding aan een klein team van medewerkers en indirect stuur je de Technische Diensten aan. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onze verhuurvloot (waarde â‚¬ 250 miljoen) en onderhoudskosten.
