The team works on Platform and New Product Introduction programs and supports the PP Automotive business. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a fulltime experienced Product Development Specialist leading new technology efforts for developing PP compounds. The Challenge Drive Platform and Next Generation Product Technology efforts, and work closely with the business to develop innovative solutions. Lead New Product Introductions and execute technology programs to drive short and long term business growth strategy. Provide technical leadership supporting the implementation of next generation PP products and working closely with other functions. Provide technology support to PP Automotive business and manufacturing as needed to help troubleshoot and optimize performance. Ensure effective interaction and communication across functions and to business management. Your Profile University degree in Polymer Science & Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science. 5+ years of experience in product development for compounded products, preferably in polypropylene. Strong knowledge of polymer fundamentals and materials characterization is desired. Demonstrated technology excellence with proven ability of program management and coordination. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills A high-energy personality with the ability to identify and lead innovative opportunities. Team player being able to drive cross-functional and remote teams.
