SABIC is now hiring a Career Development Specialist, located out of Europe. The Challenge In this role you are responsible to provide focused career development programs for key global career lines across the organization and work with functional leaders and HR leaders to develop a competency model, career path, performance management, key development and recruiting strategy. Key activity is to facilitate and project manage a core team of functional leaders and HR leaders to develop a career path model for the function and a recruiting strategy to build the pipeline. You will work with functional leaders, HR leaders, and an Competency Development Leader to develop a competency model that supports the career path model. You will also work with leaders, HR, and Learning to develop function-specific learning curriculum that supports the career paths and competency models. Next to your responsibility to collaborate with Recruiting & Staffing leaders to develop a recruiting strategy for focused recruiting at key schools across the globe for functional programs you will be accountable to provide data analysis for career talent to determine effectiveness of programs and make adjustments as needed. Your Profile The ideal candidate: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management or business-related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in subject function or HR Demonstrated interest for people development Experience working with people at all levels of the organization Excellent project management skills• Demonstrated global mindset Proven change agent Assessment Skills Leadership coaching People Development Leadership/Influence skills Interpersonal Skills Further Information The location of this role is flexible within Europe as well as possible within KSA and Asia.
