| Quality Manager / Technical Support Coordinator M/v Beschrijving: Als Quality Manager / Technical Support Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscoördinatie en de technische ondersteuning van onze Europese service organisatie. Je bekleedt hierbij een spilfunctie in een internationale omgeving. De kwaliteitscoördinatie (Quality, Safety & Environment) neemt circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Je draagt zorg voor het up-to-date houden van instructies, procedures en bedrijfsprocessen en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de certificering volgens de ISO, OHSAS en VCA normen. Je geeft instructies en trainingen op locatie in de service centra en on-site teams in Europa en bezoekt klanten bij incidenten of calamiteiten. Door je overtuigende persoonlijkheid en probleemoplossend vermogen weet jij de Busch organisatie op een representatieve manier te vertegenwoordigen bij interne en externe klanten. De technische ondersteuning neemt ook circa 50% van je tijd in beslag. Hiervoor beschik je over een gedegen technische kennis en ervaring en weet deze praktisch in te zetten voor de organisatie. Je draagt zorg voor het uitvoeren van garantie- en foutanalyses, uitwerken van verbeterplannen, nieuwe instructies en technische updates en bent actief betrokken bij het Lean Manufacturing proces. Het geven van instructies en trainingen behoort eveneens tot het takenpakket, alsook een aantal technisch commerciële taken. |
| Quality Manager Beschrijving: Voor onze opdrachtgever in Wormerveer zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Quality Manager. De Quality Manager rapporteert aan de General Manager en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de producten, alsmede voor het beheer van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. De Quality Manager geeft leiding aan een team van 3 kwaliteitsinspecteurs. Tot de taak van de Quality Manager behoort tevens het beoordelen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen, het vaststellen van grenzen en bepalen van beoordelingscriteria. Daarnaast voer je in deze functie interne audits uit en stel je kwaliteitsrapportages op. Je ontwikkelt, documenteert en implementeert processen, procedures en werkinstructies. |

With her specialty in the composites industry, this organisation with its advanced technology and expertise is unique in the world. As Technical Product Manager you guard over the technical status of a part of the companys product range, by relating it to the customer wishes and the product life cycle, by formulating a clear vision on the product range, the product and the production and by initiating and driving projects to improve on this, thus improving the competiveness. Tasks: Manages the relation with key customers; Captures customer requirements; Represents the company towards key customers; Acts as the voice of the customer within the company; Formulates vision and company strategy for the different products in relation to the customer wishes and the product life cycle; Establishes an overall vision on rotor blades, more specific on yields (kwh) related to price, based upon developments in the wind energy and customer requirements; Contributes to strategic planning and decision making that will improve the current rotor blades; Maintains the overview of all the companys projects (project portfolio) related to his part of the product range; Initiates and acts as a sponsor for company projects for improving the competitiveness of the products; Translates customer requirements into product requirements; Reviews project results, comparing them with customer requirements. |
| Quality Manager / Hoofd Qa/qc Beschrijving: Als Quality Manager / Hoofd QA/QC geeft u leiding aan de Kwaliteitsdienst (4 fte) en rapporteert u aan de Marketing Manager. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van het geïntegreerde kwaliteitsbeleid zodat het kwaliteitssysteem, de procesvoering en de eindproducten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Tevens ontwikkelt u werkprocessen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen van de procedures en het implementeren van de werkwijzen en de controle op de uitvoering. U bent daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor het vrijgeven van grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en eindproducten. Daarnaast draagt u zorg voor en het onderhouden van een kwaliteitszorgsysteem. Tevens draagt u zorg voor de behandeling van in- en externe klachten en begeleidt u in- en externe kwaliteitsaudits. Daarnaast werkt u actief mee in procestechnische projecten. |
