Beschrijving: Wie? Van Dijk Employment Services zoekt een senior risicoadviseur voor een uitvoeringsorganisatie van het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu. Deze uitvoeringsorganisatie bevordert de vlotte en veilige doorstroming van het verkeer op de weg en het water. Veiligheid, doorstroming, comfort en betrouwbare informatievoorziening zijn hierbij sleutelwoorden. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een open en informele sfeer waar op een zeer professionele wijze wordt gewerkt. Het is belangrijk dat u zelfstandig kunt werken en dat u eigen verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Wat? Wat u gaat doen en wat we van u vragen, leest u hieronder. Taken U creëert de omstandigheden waaronder de andere projectteamleden gestructureerd nadenken over risicos en de beheersing ervan. U ondersteunt de betrokken projectfunctionarissen bij het inventariseren, analyseren en vaststellen van beheersmaatregelen van risicos. U ondersteunt bij de bewaking van de naleving van de beheersmaatregelen. U bent hierbij verantwoordelijk voor het proces, niet de inhoud. U geeft binnen het project structuur aan het risicomanagement en creëert een collectief bewustzijn over de risicos. U zorgt voor het (laten) ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een centraal risicoregister met als doel een eenduidige registratie en afweging van risicos. U stelt, aan de hand van dit register, overzichten van geprioriteerde risicos samen, ook over deelprojecten heen, waarin de status van behandeling, het financiële en het tijdsrisico, en het geraamde budget om de risicos te verminderen, is vermeld. U houdt de projectmanager op de hoogte van het verloop van het risicomanagementproces en over (toekomstige) risicos. U adviseert en spreekt de betrokken projectfunctionarissen aan over risicomanagement. U organiseert hiervoor één-op-éénterugkoppelbijeenkomsten. U onderzoekt systematisch (gevraagd en ongevraagd) risicos en beheersmaatregelen. U treedt op als voorzitter van het (regelmatige) risico-inventarisatieoverleg met de project-, contract-, omgevings- en technisch projectleider en eventuele derden. U geeft eventueel leiding aan risicocoördinatoren en -analisten. U verzorgt de onderbouwing en achtergrondinformatie van voorstellen voor de besluitvorming in het projectteam. U organiseert bijeenkomsten om het risicomanagement plenair en integraal te bespreken. U levert een bijdrage aan het onderdeel Risicomanagement bij de contractbeheersing. U zorgt voor het periodiek leveren van de benodigde gegevens voor (kwartaal)rapportages voor de opdrachtgever en andere relevante organen. U wisselt ervaringen uit met risicoadviseurs van andere projecten. Eisen U hebt minimaal een relevante hbo-opleiding en hebt zeven tot tien jaar werkervaring. U hebt drie tot vijf jaar aantoonbare ervaring op risicomanagement in vergelijkbare projecten qua complexiteit als de A4 Delft - Schiedam. U hebt kennis van en ervaring met risicomanagement. U bent in staat om richting en sturing te geven aan personen en groepen en deze te motiveren om risicos te inventariseren, analyseren en beheersen. Reageren is alleen zinvol als u aan de bovenstaande eisen voldoet. Waar? Locatie Rotterdam. Wanneer? De functie is per direct parttime beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week. Echter, de insteek is om dit aantal uren in de loop van de contracttijd (vanaf een paar maanden na start) geleidelijk naar beneden te brengen naar 8 tot 12 uur per week.
