Your responsibilities include:Order intake, registration and handling of complaints, providing customers with information regarding deliveries, customs regulations, and transportation and shipping. Also, you will inform the customers in regard to prices and delivery times of their ordered products. You will support your team members and will act as back up wherever necessary.Job RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish (preferably native) and English- At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service position- Hands-on, flexible and pro-active attitude- Technical experience is not required however technical affinity is necessary because you will receive product training for their technical devices.
