Voor opdrachtgever Arla Foods B.V. te Nijkerk is BLMC momenteel op zoek naar een Als Manager Supply Chain Planning ben je gericht op het boeken van succes en neem je geen genoegen met gemiddelde prestaties. Functiebeschrijving Als Manager Supply Chain Planning stuur en motiveer jij een team van 13 medewerkers. Je formuleert strategieën en richt je op meetbare verbeteringen in de totale supply chain. Daarbij speel je een centrale rol in het optimaliseren van de operationele efficiency. Op basis van de planning van je afdeling stuur je de productie aan. Hierbij vind je de balans tussen failure cost (stort) en out of stock. • In samenspraak met Operations Director vertaal je de bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar doelen en acties voor je team; • Je richt je op continue verbetering van de supply chain; • Je bent budget verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling supply chain; • Je coacht, stimuleert, motiveert en geeft leiding aan jou team; • Je creëert een resultaat en klantgerichte cultuur binnen jouw team. Dan: • Ben je minimaal HBO opgeleid in de richting Logistiek of Bedrijfskunde of heb je dit niveau aantoonbaar in de praktijk bereikt; • Ben je een sterke leider met ervaring; • Heb je affiniteit met de versmarkt, food of fast moving consumer goods; • Heb je ruime kennis en ervaring met export; • Ben je besluitvaardig; • Heb je een stevige persoonlijkheid met overtuigingskracht; • Ben je altijd op zoek naar verbetering; • Ben je een gemotiveerd persoon met passie en ambitie; • Ben je communicatief vaardig en analytisch ingesteld.
