Customer Claims Associate French Speaking

For our dynamic European Financial Shared Service Centre we are currently looking for three Customer Claims Associate, French speaking based in Goirle, near Tilburg, Netherlands The Customer Claims Associate is responsible for the day to day solving of customer claims, relating to: pricing, quality issues, shortages/overages against delivery note, transportation issues, handling errors, system issues. Responsibilities: Resolution of customer claims, debit notes and disputes according to specified dispute registration and claims management procedures. Timely investigation of claims (with all relevant departments), debit notes or disputes and the gathering of all the information needed to approve/reject claims, debit notes and disputes based on investigation. Effective communication and collaboration between the functions of accounts receivable credit control, cash application, customer service, finance and the claims team. Digital filing of all completed claims forms, documentation and proof of deliveries. Timely issuing of credit notes according to the correct authorization schedule and accompanied by all required data. Collaborative communication between SSC AR, Sales, Finance, D&T, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service. Effective root cause analysis. Beschrijving: The Qualified Person is a position within the Quality Assurance function of the Quality Operations division. Quality Assurance is comprised of several departments designed to oversee manufacturing activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), namely, cradle-to-grave responsibility for manufacturing, receipt, storage, testing, processing, packaging, release, holding, labeling and distribution activities. The QP will be positioned in the QAIP or QAD departments. Disposition of all finished products (packed or unpacked) materials including review of batch documentation. Have oversight of batch records. Ensure on time resolution of non-conformances and OOS. Decide on recall of products when appropriate. Assist in and/or lead various investigations as needed and approve the deviation investigation. Review and approval of change control proposals. Ensuring that Quality policies, procedures and programs are properly implemented in daily GxP operations and remain up to date. Participate in internal and external audits and projects as required. Involvement in complaint handling, product quality reviews, product transfers and ongoing stability program. Provide guidance and direction to all departments with regards to compliance with Quality policies and procedures. Support process validation activities. Ensure quality agreements are in place
 
Handyman
Beschrijving: - Als Handyman begeleidt je personeel van onderaannemers die werkzaamheden uitvoeren; - De Handyman houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden; - Daarnaast voert de Handyman  eenvoudige reparaties uit aan gebouwen; - Storingen meld de Handyman aan de verantwoordelijke onderaannemer; - Als Handyman verzorg je kleine verhuizingen en verricht je de nazorg; - Denk in de functie van Handyman aan het verhelpen van storingen aan printers, kopieerapparaten e.d.; - De Handyman stelt audiovisuele hulpmiddelen op voor presentaties alsook het instellen daarvan; - Als Handyman controleer je dagelijks of werkorders voldoen op response & resolution tijden; - De geschikte Handyman levert bijdrage aan het periodiek werkoverleg en toolbox meetings op locatie; - Als Handyman neem je in acht van EHS voorschriften bij uitvoering van werkzaamheden.

Beschrijving: Accountable for providing a high level of response to the customers of our clients. Ensures that all communication with customer is within the guidelines of the client. Follows prescribed problem resolution procedures. Handles customers queries arising from the clients products. Ensures that cases and calls are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines. Ensures that all data is collected accurately. Ensures that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager.
