Responsibilities and tasks High level commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental performance To execute the responsibilities and activities of the ABN logistic department specific to cereal supply and finished product and co-product dispatch To ensure compliance with the expense and investment budget of the ABN logistics area. To detect material and budgetary variances and make appropriate and timely decisions in order to resolve issues To assure the compliance of organization policies and to fulfill the objectives corresponding to the management activities by putting into practice: planning, organizing and control. To participate in defining the corresponding policies for the organization’s activities. To plan the execution of activities by defining the actions, resources and time frame required to achieve the established objectives. To set, communicate and achieve objectives.
