| Verkoop En Service Adviseur Bedrijven Beschrijving: Jij bent een klantgedreven adviseur. Word jij de Rabobank?   De functie Rabobank Noord-Groningen zoekt voor de duur van een jaar een Verkoop en Service Adviseur Bedrijven voor 36 uur per week. De functie is gepositioneerd binnen het team Bedrijven, de eerste ingang voor zakelijke klanten van de lokale banken. Als Verkoop en Service Adviseur ben je de spil in het web voor alle bedrijven klanten die contact opnemen met de bank via telefoon, internet en e mail. Je bent klantgericht en doortastend in je communicatie en je manier van handelen. Hierdoor ben je in staat de behoefte van de klant goed in kaart te brengen en deze in te vullen met een passend advies/product. Je inventariseert het doelrisicoprofiel en de financiële positie en roept waar mogelijk extra behoeften bij de klant op en realiseert hiermee maximale cross-sell. Je handelt servicevragen goed en snel af en stimuleert klanten om de directe kanalen van de Rabobank te gebruiken. Je adviseert over betalen, sparen, verzekeren en lenen en overtuigt de klant op basis van argumenten om de Rabobankproducten te kopen die voor hem het beste zijn. Daarbij ga je proactief te werk: je benadert klanten, pikt commerciële kansen op en speelt daar direct op in. Verkoopkansen over bijvoorbeeld hypotheken en pensioenen speel je door naar je collega's.  Je bagage - Klantcontacten maken je vrolijk en enthousiast. - Je weet je in de klant te verplaatsen om hem zo goed mogelijk te helpen. - Je bent resultaatgericht, flexibel, hebt overtuigingskracht en kunt goed samenwerken. - Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van Verkoop en Service Bedrijven of Commerciële ondersteuning Bedrijven. - Je bent bekend met de te gebruiken systemen. - Je opleidingsniveau is minimaal mbo-4.  Onze cultuur De Rabobank wil graag dat het goed gaat met haar klanten.
