| Proces Engineer / Ci Leader Beschrijving: Over Amcor Amcor Flexibles BV ZUTPHEN maakt deel uit van Amcor, een wereldwijde leider in verpakkingen, met meer dan 35.000 mensen wereldwijd en is actief in 43 landen, verspreid over 300 sites. Amcor Flexibels Zutphen bestaat momenteel uit 2 productie-units, Containers en Laminaten. Containers betreft de productie van aluminium single-serve containers voor de food en non-food (petfood) markt. Laminaten betreft het lamineren van folie op karton voor het luxere segment verpakkingen. In Zutphen werken momenteel circa 145 mensen in een moderne productieomgeving. We zijn ISO 9001, - 14001, OHSAS 18001 en BRC/loP gecertificeerd. Proces Engineer / CI Leader Position Requirements De Proces Engineer werkt nauw samen met de Manager Productie Techniek en vervult een initiërende rol binnen operations op het gebied van het verbeteren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Processen en gegevens analyseren en uitkomsten rapporteren: Concrete adviezen geven om de productie te verbeteren / optimaliseren; Initiëren van projecten die voortvloeien uit adviezen; Bijdragen aan de effectiviteit, de continuïteit en kwaliteit van procesverbeteringen. De CI Leader speelt een belangrijke rol bij het identificeren en uitvoeren van projecten. De CI Leader is verantwoordelijk voor: Voorbereiding selectieproces van (CI) projecten; Het opstarten van projecten en het ondersteunen van projectteams; Realiseren resultaten en financiële doelstellingen van projecten (budget verantwoordelijk); Training en coaching van projectteamleden. Profiel Minimaal HTS-niveau, richting Werktuigbouwkunde / Procestechniek; BB Lean Six Sigma erkenning is een pré; Ruime ervaring in soortgelijke functie(s); Uitstekende communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden; Bekend met Lean Six Sigma; Financiële- en statistische kennis/ervaring; Enthousiaste en pro-actieve teamplayer; Ervaring in begeleiding van veranderprocessen; Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift, Duits is een pré; Hoog energielevel, pragmatisch, stressbestendig, flexibel; Bereidheid tot (incidenteel) internationaal reizen. The naphtha-crackers produce 1,250,000 ton/a of ethylene and 675,000 ton/a of propylene, mainly used as feedstock for our poly-olefins plants. Our naphtha-crackers have superior plant reliability and a competitive cost position. The maintenance and improvements efforts are crucial to ensure our future plant reliability as well a safe plant operation. From that perspective we are facing a challenge to prepare and implement numerous value-up and cost-down improvements in the next decade. Structure Site Geleen For both the Polymers as well the Chemicals & Intermediates Cluster, a split is made in responsibilities for Operations (short term focus), Site Improvements (long-term focus) and Site Services. The latter has the responsibility in planning, scheduling and execution of projects, maintenance and turn-arounds. Operations has a responsibility for safe and maximum production. The responsibilities of Site Improvements are twofold: Improving cost competitiveness of our plants: identifying, investigating the feasibility and scoping improvement proposals for maintenance, license-to-operate-project as well Value-up & Cost-down projects Custodians of process integrity & safety and regulatory compliancy Are you interested in contributing to our future challenge to ensure plant reliability and cost competitiveness ? We’re looking for several professional engineers to strengthen the work force of the Site Improvement Department. The Challenge As a Process Control Engineer you act within different aspects of process control engineering. You optimize the philosophy to control our (poly-)olefin plants on a safe, reliable & cost-efficient way. You deliver improvement studies & proposals in the process control domain. You supply second line troubleshooting toward Running Business organisation. Within the discipline Process Control you have the opportunity to apply your thorough knowledge of process technology combined with process control equipment (DCS sysems, APC, Aspentech, SIL/SIS regulations, MES) You are able to perform FMEA and RCA’s in order to define root causes and to propose actions in order to prevent re-occurring. Your Profile M.Sc. Applied Physics, Process Control, Process System Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent. More then 5 years relevant experience in design & apply of advanced process control within (petro-) chemical or energy industry. Familiar with SIL-/SIS regulations Fluent in English and Dutch (or willingness to learn Dutch) Familiar with work processes like Plan-Do-Check-Act, Asset Utilisation, Improve Plant.
