Product Manager Euro Clearing
Beschrijving: Financial Institutions (FI) Product Management falls within the GTS Global Payments business unit. Global Payments teams are responsible for the development and deployment of solutions/propositions for Payments, Delivery Channels and Financial Institutions, helping Corporate and Financial Institution clients sharpen their edge in an increasingly competitive environment. Specifically, FI Product Management is responsible for the development and management of products and delivery channels. The areas covered by the FI Product management team are: EUR, GBP and USD Clearing & Payment Solutions, Treasury Solutions, including Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS), and Global Payments, covering currency offerings around the globe. Product Management is responsible for the development and management of products and delivery channels. The Product Manager is responsible for the delivering of defined product enhancements of RBS’ Euro Clearing Product in the various locations. He/she participates in projects to support the development of Euro Clearing products. Involved with the customer (internal and external), the market and, being aware of what the competitors are offering, in identifying their needs. Acts as the centre of expertise for those projects under his/her management, being the central contact for this information. Support regularly updating product plans by researching the market Translates market and customer needs into product requirements. Providing input to projects and responsible for the business content of projects. Involved in the development of product related marketing material, user manuals, training materials , etc Ensuring the acceptance of new product releases or product enhancements into TB (“capability introduction”) Contributes to the development of the Product Pricing. Provides support to Sales in selling the product to external customers Involving relevant stakeholders, with regards to product strategies, plans and product related tasks. Communicating product strategies, plans and all projects to all relevant stakeholders (internal/external). Support the production and upkeep of product related information, which can be used by the business to better sell or support the products. Follows the governance models when developing products. Running regular Product Councils, for the purpose of communicating and receiving product information to/from all departments involved in supporting the product. Defining the MIS requirements of the product. Monitoring and reporting the performance of products (both financial and non-financial) of products under his/her management.
