The Challenge General Description: The Advanced programs technologist is responsible for the following key elements: All Scientific development related activities associated with prioritization & On-time project execution. Driving programs with cross-functional team members to ensure on time execution delivery. Technical role model through mentoring, delivering on programs and leadership in external impact. Development of external relationships and open innovation in project area. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead & execute projects across chemistry, material science and process technology to enable the fundamental understanding of the technologies & mature the technical understanding to enable critical business decisions on the future project direction. Critical skills emphasized are creativity with sound scientific methodology, including in depth knowledge of open literature and intellectual property, use of statistical tools, to develop a fundamental understanding in the project subject matter and robust project management.
