Junior Maintenance Engineer
Beschrijving: Onder leiding van de Manager E&M zal je verschillende werkzaamheden gaan verrichten binnen de maintenance afdeling, om zodoende een brede ervaring op te doen. Zo zal je betrokken worden bij de implementatie van het SAP maintenance management systeem. Verder ga je onderhoudskosten en technische verliezen analyseren, geef je leiding aan verbeterteams en implementeer je PM-pilaar activiteiten. In de toekomst zal je ook onderzoek gaan doen naar de mogelijkheden tot energiebesparing binnen het productieproces en ga je verschillende onderhoudsprojecten voorbereiden en realiseren. Ook en ben je verantwoordelijk voor management rapportages. Te allen tijde staan voor jou de veilige werkomstandigheden van de interne en externe medewerkers centraal.

Beschrijving: Wie? Onze opdrachtgever is een landelijk opererende technische dienstverlener die opdrachtgevers werk uit handen neemt bij het realiseren en in stand houden van infrastructuren, data- en telecomnetwerken en technische installaties. De afdeling in de ondergrondse infrastructuur werkt aan de transport- en distributienetwerken voor gas, water, elektriciteit en data/telefonie, grond-, weg- en waterinfrastructuren, openbare verlichting en verkeersbegeleidingsystemen. Voor de vestiging in de omgeving van Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een senior werkvoorbereider met affiniteit voor ondergrondse infra (gas, water en elektra). Wat? Wat u gaat doen en wat we van u vragen, leest u hieronder. Taken U signaleert afwijkingen ten opzichte van het contract / bestek. U plant mensen en materialen in voor het project. U huurt materieel in overleg met de technische dienst in. U bestelt materialen. U verricht administratieve werkzaamheden voor het project. U verzorgt de interne coördinatie van het project richting collega's en andere afdelingen over planningen en dergelijke. U stelt voortgangsrapportages op richting de projectleider. U calculeert van meer- en minderwerk. U bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische en organisatorische projectzaken voor de medewerkers in de uitvoering. U adviseert eventueel over alternatieve besparingsmogelijkheden. U bewaakt het project op planning, financiën en techniek. U bewaakt de projectfinanciën van de junior werkvoorbereiders. U onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en adviseurs. U leeft het KAM- en veiligheidsbeleid na. Eisen U beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding. U hebt aanvullende cursussen op vaktechnisch gebied gevolgd. U hebt minimaal vier jaar werkervaring met ondergrondse infra. U beschikt over VCA en rijbewijs B. Beschrijving: Als Maintenance Engineer WTB ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, effectiviteit en efficiency van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden t.b.v. onze plant. Je analyseert en evalueert structureel de installatie- en onderhoudprestaties, onderhoudskosten, incidenten en onregelmatigheden om verbeterpotentieel te bepalen. Je bent toekomstgericht en hebt een duidelijke strategische visie op het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten. The naphtha-crackers produce 1,250,000 ton/a of ethylene and 675,000 ton/a of propylene, mainly used as feedstock for our poly-olefins plants. Our naphtha-crackers have superior plant reliability and a competitive cost position. The maintenance and improvements efforts are crucial to ensure our future plant reliability as well a safe plant operation. From that perspective we are facing a challenge to prepare and implement numerous value-up and cost-down improvements in the next decade. Structure Site Geleen For both the Polymers as well the Chemicals & Intermediates Cluster, a split is made in responsibilities for Operations (short term focus), Site Improvements (long-term focus) and Site Services. The latter has the responsibility in planning, scheduling and execution of projects, maintenance and turn-arounds. Operations has a responsibility for safe and maximum production.
