Logistic Engineer
Beschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en implementeren van nieuwe omvangrijke logistieke concepten, rekening houdend met de wensen van de klant, haalbaarheid, voorinformatie, afbreukrisicos. Je bent in staat procesveranderingen door te voeren en efficiencyverbeteringen te realiseren. Je bereikt dit vooral door een structurele en projectmatige aanpak. We are looking for a Compounding Engineer to join our highly professional Global Compounding Technology team. To strengthen our European team in Bergen op Zoom, we are looking for a fulltime Compounding Engineer. The Challenge Drive Compounding Technology programs to deliver compounding process excellence enabling SABIC Innovative Plastics growth. Interact closely with product departments supporting Platform programs and New Product Introductions. Provide technical leadership supporting the implementation of next generation compounding processes in manufacturing. Provide technology support to product departments and manufacturing as needed to help troubleshoot and optimize performance. Establish and grow global compounding technology expertise. Accelerate in-company compounding knowledge via training programs. Build relationship with key-suppliers of Compounding equipment and monitor industrial developments. Ensure effective interaction and communication across functions and to manufacturing. Your Profile PhD or M.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree with Polymer Processing background. Demonstrated technology excellence with proven ability of project management and coordination. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills A high-energy and result oriented personality with the ability to identify and lead innovative opportunities. Team player being able to drive cross-functional and global teams. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
