Department SABIC Capital is an established entity within the SABIC Group and the center of excellence for global tax, treasury and statutory reporting. The Global Tax Group consists of 30 people located across the world (Europe, USA and Asia). It is responsible for global tax for the entire group outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Challenge The Transfer Pricing Manager is a member of the Global Tax function and will assist in a variety of global transfer pricing initiatives. This position will be responsible for identifying and analyzing intercompany transactions, preparing documentation that complies with local country transfer pricing requirements. This position will also be involved in identifying planning opportunities and risk management solutions, developing and implementing best practice and global transfer pricing policy. Department The Bergen op Zoom Application Technology team within SABIC Innovative Plastics works closely with the commercial team, product development team and customers to ensure successful development and application of our plastics. The team stays on top and develops state of the art knowledge in the areas of plastics processing, secondary operations such as painting and plating, application testing and computer aided design and engineering. Currently a vacancy exists for an injection molding specialist. The Challenge Define and lead injection molding progams/experiments, with a variety of plastics and intended end-use applications and different molding machines from 100 to 2700 tons clamping force. Liaise with commercial and product development teams as well as customers to identify new areas for business growth through (advanced) injection molding techniques, such as for example Injection Compression Molding, Multi Component molding, fast heat and cool techniques, Vacuum assisted Molding. Advice on tool, screw and gating designs for existing and newly developed plastic resins. Stay on top of new technology developments within relevant areas and design experiments to validate these for our materials. Work with external partners and suppliers for joint programs where appropriate. Coach a team of 3 experienced molding technicians and ensure a smooth and safe operation of the (well equipped) injection molding lab. Ensure proper documentation of trials and report out to all stakeholders. Your Profile Masters degree in plastics processing or mechanical engineering with a relationship to plastics and 5-10 years of relevant experience. State of the art knowledge on injection molding processes. Preferably hands-on and theoretical knowledge. Knowledge of and experience with computer aided modeling techniques for tool design and mold filling analysis. Initiative, 'can-do' attitude, self starter Independent and flexible worker but with good team player capabilities. Proven team leadership is a plus Fluent in English language (writing and speaking). Familiar with PLC programming, data acquisition and supporting equipment such as robotics, dryers and resin conveying systems. Experience with equipment maintenance, knowledge of 6 sigma and different engineering thermoplastics is a plus. Qualifications/Education: Masters degree or equivalent experience in plastics processing or mechanical engineering with a relationship to plastics.
