Functieomschrijving Engagement Manager/Relatiemanager Als Engagement Manager/Relatiemanager werk je samen met de partner van onze opdrachtgever voor de klant. Je managed diverse contracten, bids en engagements voor deze klant. Je managed de klantverwachtingen, zit in diverse stuurgroepen en hebt regelmatig contact met senior management over de voortgang van de projecten. Coachen en begeleiden van Project Managers en teamleden behoort ook tot je taken om zo te komen tot een professionele, kwalitatief hoge oplossing voor de klant. Je onderhoudt de contacten met Delivery Manager en Project Managers onsite & offshore. Riskmanagement is hier erg belangrijk, je bent dan ook het eerste contact voor de klant ook als het gaat om escalatie. Je onderhoudt de relatie met de partner van onze klant en de klant en hebt op alle levels in de organisatie contact. Uiteraard ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de bijbehorende presentaties en rapportages naar interne en externe stakeholders. Functiecriteria Engagement Manager/Relatiemanager * HBO/WO niveau  * Ervaring als Engagement Manager * Programma/Project management ervaring * Kennis van & ervaring met Bid management processen * Ervaring in het managen van grote complexe IT oplossingen * Ervaring met Account budgets van +10 mln * Ervaring met onsite/offshore omgevingen (global delivery modellen) Je bent uitermate klant georienteerd, je hebt ruime ervaring in het werken voor klanten in een partnermodel. Ervaring in de olie & gas industire is zeker een pré en je hebt al eerder in een IT services omgeving met een onsite/offshore model gewerkt.
