Functieomschrijving Revenue Manager Plus Voor deze functie zoek ik iemand die de volgende taken goed kan uitvoeren: * Kennis van en ervaring met cijfermatige- en marketing analyses en het uitvoeren en evalueren hiervan. * Zorgen voor uitvoering van effectieve revenue methoden voor meerdere merken met uitgangspunt het optimaliseren van de omzet. * Kennis van de hotellerie. * Ervaring met case studies, marktonderzoeken en wiskundige onderzoeken. * Het implementeren en overleggen van de strategieën van/met de GM op een dagelijkse basis. * Alle standaard werkzaamheden van een Revenue Manager. * Pro-actief inspelen op veranderingen in markt en veranderingen in de forecast * Het updaten van de planning en het op de hoogte brengen van de GM's. * Gevorderde gebruiker van Excell en Amadeus * Overige programma kennis van PMS, CRS, verschillende distributie kanalen, Powerpoint, Word en Outlook. Functiecriteria Revenue Manager Plus De Revenue Manager moet tenminste voldoen aan de volgende criteria: * Minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare posities binnen de hotellerie. * Studie hotel management of algemene business school afgerond (HBO). * Revenue Management: Trainingen gedaan. * Gevorderd in Excel. * Talen: een goed niveau in Nederlands en Engels. * Diagnose en analytische kennis en ervaring. * Teamspeler. * Proactief. * Streeft naar resultaten (succes georiënteerde, data-finder, initiëren / pro-actief).
