Functieomschrijving: SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant Als Senior SAP SCM consultant ben je tijdens het project verantwoordelijk voor de voltooiing van kleinere (deel-)projecten op het gebied van ontwerp en implementatie van productie- en planningsprocessen. Naast het vervullen van een inhoudelijke rol ben je in staat de verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor het aansturen van een team, de tijdsplanning vast te stellen, projectrisico's te identificeren, de scope te bewaken en de inzet van collega consultants te organiseren. Daarnaast help je ook mee in het verder ontwikkelen en vermarkten van service offerings. Functiecriteria: SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant * Universitair geschoold (Master of PhD); * Ervaren SAP SCM consultant, met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring; * SAP kennis: Kennis van de SAP SCM (APO), en de SAP ERP modules MM, SD, PP of QM; * Globale kennis van non-SAP IT oplossingen; * Kennis van de trends in de markt; * Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van planningsprocessen en/of productie executie: een goed overzicht van de functionele gebieden, business issues en oplossingen en de juiste vertaalslag kunnen maken naar vragen van klanten; * Motivator: Weet anderen te motiveren en levert hierdoor een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en begeleiding van anderen; * Adviesvaardigheden: Weet kennis gemakkelijk over te brengen aan anderen, ook aan niet-specialisten. Is goed in staat zijn ideeën met overtuigingskracht te presenteren; * Communicatief vaardig: Is in staat om draagvlak te creëren op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie. Doet aan verwachtingsmanagement; * Leiderschapskwaliteiten: Is in staat een middelgroot team te leiden. Kan hierbij prioriteiten stellen, alternatieven afwegen en aanbevelingen ontwikkelen. The Challenge SABIC's IT Process Enablement Department is now hiring a 'SAP Consultant Supply Chain Planning'. In this position you are going to add value on the execution of the functional designing part for the supply chain business processes, and make sure that we have the best-fit to the business. Preparation of the proper documentation (Process design in ARIS, Business blue print, Functional specifications, etc.) to the different stake holders within the domain and business units are essentials. You will standardize and assist in configuring these processes in SAP SCP. Next to that participation in major (improvement) projects is involved and you will advise on change proposals to SCP processes and their impact on the SAP-Systems. To be successful in this role you need to expose a drive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, by securing a smooth running system, and improving the supply chain processes. You have a clear focus on supply chain planning essentials and you deliver what you promised. Collaborating with business process specialist in other areas to ensure smooth and integrated business processes are key to success. Of course advising on new SAP developments and opportunities in the supply chain area belong to your job as well. In this position you will report to the IT Leader Process Enablement - SBU whom is based in Jubail (KSA). Your Profile Master Degree in IT or a related field in Business Administration. APICS CPIM certification is a pre. At least 3-6 years of experience with (global) business process design and re-engineering. In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM(APO). Broad knowledge of SCM processes. Experience in a bulk Manufacturing environment and in an international business environment. As an experienced professional you have/are: Able to make a functional business process design and documentation of IT, according to the agreed standards like ARIS.
