We need a creative and analytical Procurement Analyst to identify new technologies and develop and execute procurement processes and systems strategy that complements our Corporate Procurement plans. A challenging role that (=which is??) is all about maintaining effective and efficient procurement processes . It will involve developing, implementing and optimising procedures, instructions, systems and tools and providing regular user training and assistance. You will also gather, analyse and present supplier information and business intelligence reports on market developments. Indeed, providing Category and Business Management, Procurement Managers with management information, business analyses and market intelligence which helps them to (so that they can) optimise their procurement strategies and processes. So will helping set up tenders using TeNCoRa, creating and analysing fixed KPI reports, formulating spend reports from PRIMA (our spend cube system), implementing a new supplier database approach and organising yearly OVR and SVR measurement. To succeed, you will need a good understanding of procurement processes, an affinity with ICT, including good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial and cost management is also preferred. You must also be able to use your excellent communication skills to build strong working relationships across business boundaries. Above all, you have lots of drive and creativity, and are determined to succeed whilst working with an organisation that is a leader in its field.

| Trade Compliance Analyst Beschrijving: Department The Global Technology Network (GTN) has a vacancy for a Trade Compliance Analyst within the Process Excellence organization in the Knowledge Management team. This role is a global role based in Bergen op Zoom (Netherlands) or Sittard-Geleen (Netherlands). The GTN is an organization within the Technology & Innovation (T&I) function and is responsible for the processes, systems, and communications that enable the overall T&I organization to function effectively and efficiently, including providing support for stage-gate processes, metrics, ISO certifications, Lean Six Sigma, Knowledge Management, Information Services (library), and Trade Compliance. The Technology Trade Compliance team improves business processes to maximize T&I knowledge sharing while ensuring global compliance to international trade regulations. The three main focal areas are training, export control classification processes, and information management processes. Purpose of the Role: Ensure Technology/Engineering business processes enable compliance with international trade regulations including multi-national Export Control regulations, military regulations such as U.S. ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and global economic sanctions regulations. The Trade Compliance Analyst is a member of the Process Excellence group in the Technology & Innovation (T&I) organization, but collaborates closely with peers in Legal Affairs and Supply Chain. The T&I organization spans multiple global sites located in the following countries: Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, India, China, Japan, and the United States. The Challenge • Develop sustainable business processes to classify products and technology data with respect to multi-national dual-use and military export control, U.S. ITAR, economic sanctions regulations, and other related international trade regulations. • Implement global export control classification processes to determine and document the export control classification number (ECCN) of products and technology. Determine implications and requirements based on all relevant government regulations and implement improvements to associated processes within the global Technology & Innovation organization, such as management of R&D technical data. Lead the Technology and Innovation Classification Team and work with the SABIC International Trade Compliance team to drive process changes to ensure compliance. • Develop and implement plan to ingrain export control awareness in Technology and Innovation culture through internal training and audits. • Responsible for leading trade compliance training and audits related to classification processes and Technology & Innovation personnel. • Accountable to drive initiatives to identify and disseminate best practices and harmonize towards global ways-of-working, including rolling out best practices across global Technology and Application centers. • Participate in developing and implementing global site control plans for T&I locations that handle export controlled goods and technology. • Coordinate closely with other Trade Compliance Analysts, the Trade Compliance Team Leader, Trade Compliance Specialist, Legal Affairs Department, and IT personnel as needed. • Serve as a key contact for classification of products and technology. The Planning department takes care of long and short term planning, both in terms of demand, supply and inventory. The Challenge In the position of Business Analyst - SCM Chemicals you are going to act between Supply Chain Planning and IT in a Chemicals environment. You will contribute to maximizing the business revenues against minimal costs and working capital by further developing the planning and scheduling optimization concepts for SCP Chemicals. You will analyze and solve abnormal deviations in behaviour and/or results of PIMS and AOS applications, including their interfaces to other systems (e.g. IP-21 and SAP) and applications (e.g. Spyro). You will also collect and analyze required changes in AOS and PIMS models (NL and UK), application configurations and system interfaces (R/3, APO, IP21). Providing 2nd-line support and advice to users, validating functional specifications and translating them into technical specification and planning and implementing changes in models and/or application configurations (or act as technical project leader) are in the job as well. The Challenge In the position of Analyst&Process Expert you are going to provide necessary information and analysis to support fact-based decision making within Sourcing&Contracting. | Planning Process Analyst - Scm Chemicals Beschrijving: Department The Supply Chain Management department is responsible for the planning and optimisation of the production assets in Europe and planning the import flows. The total volume is around 14 Mton of feedstock and base chemicals in Europe. The Planning department takes care of long and short term planning, both in terms of demand, supply and inventory. Given the complex nature of the optimisation the Planning department is using LP tools to support the feedstock selection and manufacturing optimisation. These tools form the heart of the total planning solution. The Challenge Main target for the Planning Analyst is to support the overall planning process by using our optimisation tools to identify business opportunities and directly influence the business decisions. This is done on an operational, tactical and strategic level. Main tasks are: Use the optimisations models as an expert user being able to optimise the overall business strategy. Assessment of large investment projects. Identify bottlenecks within the operational domain and build business cases to improve them. Identify cracking values for feedstock purchasing.
