Beschrijving: Is de IT wereld en het oplossen van problemen helemaal jouw ding, dan is de functie van Support Specialist op je lijf geschreven! Als support specialist onderhoud jij vanuit onze locatie Eindhoven het moderne Dealer Management Systeem CarIT (ERP applicatie) bij automerkdealers op afstand (telefonisch of remote) en ondersteun jij de dealers in het optimaal uitvoeren van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Het betreft een functie met vaste baan intentie en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Zoek jij een afwisselende support specialist baan waarin je steeds moet schakelen? Na een inwerkperiode ben jij als support specialist verantwoordelijk voor: het optimaal ondersteunen van de gebruikers van de applicatie CarIT en gekoppelde applicaties en producten het oplossen van problemen en vragen van gebruikers in het gebruik van de software het oplossen van netwerk-, database- en interfaceproblemen het analyseren van de vragen De eerste periode voer je deze werkzaamheden merendeels onder begeleiding van een ervaren support specialist uit. De nadruk ligt bij de start van de functie op het meekijken en oplossen van simpele vraagstukken, maar verschuift na verloop van tijd naar zelfstandige activiteiten waarbij je complexe vraagstukken gaat oplossen. Afhankelijk van je voorkennis en ervaring, verwachten wij dat jij na maximaal 1 tot 2 jaar de functie volledig zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren. Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar de rol van bijvoorbeeld consultant is mogelijk. Ben jij de support specialist met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel? Als support specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Elke vraag is anders en elke klant heeft andere behoeftes, vragen, verzoeken en soms problemen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid de klanten te helpen, te informeren en te adviseren. De vrijheid die je krijgt is groot, evenals de verantwoordelijkheden. Provide technical leadership supporting the implementation of next generation PP products and working closely with other functions. Your Profile University degree in Polymer Science & Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science. 5+ years of experience in product development for compounded products, preferably in polypropylene.
