    Beschrijving: Job tasks and responsibilities: - Complete responsibility for the payroll of 6 European countries (NL, UK, GE, SE, IT, ES). - Collecting records for payroll changes, submitting to outsourced payroll provider. - Reviewing pay slips received by payroll provider. - Creating and booking of all payroll and payroll related journal entries in financial system. - Conducts close review and monitoring of records for payroll changes submitted to outsourced International Payroll provider, works in a highly collaborative environment. - Prepares and distributes various payroll reports to applicable management after each payroll processing run. - Coordinate forms for new hires (payroll e.g. pension- and medical insurance companies) to ensure proper reporting (SOX). - Administrate and maintaining master files related to payroll, pension, medical insurance and other employee benefits (may need to investigate any abnormalities). - Prepares and coordinates all payroll related reconciliations such as salaries, pension, medical insurance, expats and other employee benefits. - Supports preparation of statutory accounts for payroll related accounts.

Beschrijving: The VAT Accountant will be responsible for review and validate the current VAT process for the European Companies. The VAT accountant will be responsible to validate the VAT reporting for compliance in the European Countries. The VAT accountant will be responsible to complete, accurate and meaningful financial statements and analysis for few of IEuropean businesses.
