Beschrijving: In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel team in Leiden. Je stuurt in totaal 11 medewerkers in de binnen- en buitendienst aan. Je coacht en motiveert het hechte team en werkt daarnaast operationeel hard mee om de klanten tevreden te stellen en doelstellingen te realiseren. Hiertoe beheer je een eigen klantenportefeuille met key-accounts. Je hebt een groot eigen netwerk en bouwt dit vanuit je functie verder uit. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de product en organisatieontwikkeling en stelt jaarlijks een Salesplan op. Ook het bedenken en het verzamelen van ideeën voor een nieuwe of verbeterde marktbenadering behoren tot het takenpakket.

Je bent in deze afwisselende baan multi-inzetbaar op de onderstaande taken en je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Rental. Je standplaats wordt Almere of Gouda zijn.
