Beschrijving: In de regio Zuid-Holland zijn we op zoek naar jou als Boutique Manager bij Nespresso. Als Boutique Manager vertegenwoordig je het merk Nespresso. Dit houdt in dat je verantwoordelijke bent voor alle operationele en administratieve taken in de Boutique. Inhoud van de functie Boutiquemanager: - Het verzekeren van de marktleiders positie van Nespresso door met jouw team te zorgen voor een optimale service verlening anticiperend op de behoefte van de klant - Het bereiken van groei in omzet van de Boutique door zowel een stijgende lijn in verkoop van koffie, machines en accessoires dan wel een groei in het aantal Club Members - Het leiden, motiveren en coachen van een team (20 FTE), het coordineren van de indeling van de teams, het informeren en voorlichten van management over voortgang door middel van overzichtelijke rapportages van behaalde doelen, cijfers. - Het monitoren en verbeteren van het service niveau door dagelijkse evaluaties met het team gericht op het behalen van The Mystery Customer Targets. Daaruit voorvloeiend ook het organiseren van trainingen gericht op resultaatverbetering. - Communicatie met de diverse afdelingen (finance, IT, logistiek en marketing) binnen Nespresso

Such insurances are arranged to cover financial risks such as Director & Officers liability insurance, travel and property insurances and contractual liabilities such as marine, haulage, terminal, chartering and vessels contracts. You will handle all occurring claims and recoveries, analyse the risks and responsibilities on contracts with customers and sub-contractors and advise as appropriate. You will assist the staff in the business units in relevant shipping and transport matters such as documentation, procedures and customs matters, claim and loss prevention, recovery actions and goods-in-transit insurance option and assist in legal collections and enforcing rights of retention. From time to time you will review bills of lading and standard trading terms and conditions, organize awareness training on transport documentation, write cargo claim and loss prevention manuals You see the broader impact of your work within the organisation. You are a driven and motivated person that gets things. You stay optimistic when faced with obstacles and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. You are able to challenge conventional way of thinking and turn creative ideas into practical applications. The right candidate: HBO or WO education preferably in law. Legal knowledge of maritime regimes such as (Hague(-Visby) Rules, Hamburg Rules US COGSA etc.) and European transport conventions (CMR, CIM/COTIF) as well as general average (York-Antwerp Rules). In depth knowledge of Protection & Indemnity rules and procedures and other marine insurances, liability and goods insurances, contracts of sale, Incoterms and letters of credit. A team player: capable to develop a constructive cooperation internally with colleagues and externally with customers and suppliers. Analytical: required for cost and benefit analyses.
