The Group Business Controller will report directly to the Corporate Controller (who reports to the CFO). He/she will support, directly, the Corporate Controller and, (in)directly, the Executive Board and Business Unit /Business Group ( BU/BG) MT in decision making concerning Finance & Control and Business matters. The role will be based at the companies headquarters in Amersfoort. Group Business Controller Main responsibility areas: - Support the Planning & Control cycle, starting from the strategy process, through the 3 year development plan and finalising with the operational budgets. - Financial and business analysis of the actual performance compared to plan and to the performance of peers. - Prepare management information. - Prepare guidelines and instructions to facilitate the (separate) process(es) and to ensure an adequate reporting. Met ongeveer 160 werknemers is onze opdrachtgever een snelgroeiend familiebedrijf met een informele sfeer en bovengemiddeld goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. De financiÃ«le afdeling bestaat uit 5 medewerkers, waarvan 4 assistenten en 1 controller.
