Beschrijving: - Als Senior Technical Coördinator coördineer je diverse technische werkzaamheden; - Dit doet de Senior Technical Coördinator conform o.a. de SLA-methode; - De Senior Technical Coördinator beheert de contractueel overeengekomen diensten op de locatie; - Denk hierbij aan het zorgdragen voor de planning en uitvoering van alle technische werkzaamheden; - De Senior Technical Coördinator coördineert de beheer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan gebouwen/installaties; - Daarbij stelt de Senior Technical Coördinator onderhoudschema's op binnen de gemaakte planning; - Hierbij werkt de Senior Technical Coördinator volgens het onderhoudsprogramma; - Als Senior Technical Coördinator draag je zorg voor de naleving van voorschriften conform Arbo, SL's, EHS, etc.; - Bovendien voorkomt- en meldt de Senior Technical Coördinator gevaarlijke situaties aan de superieuren; - De Senior Technical Coördinator draagt zorg voor aannemen, beoordelen en afhandelen van aanvragen (bewoners); - Daarnaast voert de Senior Technical Coördinator controle uit rondom- en in pand(en); - De Senior Technical Coördinator beheert o.a. tekeningen, schema's en bedieningsaanwijzingen van de installaties; - Tevens is de Senior Technical Coördinator verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van technische projecten; - De Senior Technical Coördinator beoordeelt mede de oplevering van het project door de LOB Projects; - Daarnaast houdt de Senior Technical Coördinator toezicht op de kwaliteit van het werk verricht door personeel; - De Senior Technical Coördinator controleert en factureert toeleveranciers (e.v. in samenwerking administratie mw.); - Bovendien organiseert de Senior Technical Coördinator werkoverleggen en neemt hier zelf ook aan mee; - De Senior Technical Coördinator stuurt medewerkers aan, o.a. technician en technical handyman; - Daarbij voert de Senior Technical Coördinator zelfstandig functioneringsgesprekken en beoordelingsgesprekken; - De Senior Technical Coördinator fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen van medewerkers; - De Senior Technical Coördinator levert maandelijkse rapportages aan opdrachtgevers (onderhoudsplannen).
