Beschrijving: Organisatie Voor een van onze Europese opdrachtgevers die diverse medische toebehoren produceert en distribueert zijn wij op zoek naar een: Master Data Administrator (m/v) De Functie De functie is ontstaan omdat het bedrijf weer groeit en de huidige bezetting kan het werk niet aan. Vanuit Rotterdam beheert men de Benelux klanten en men heeft diverse andere kantoren. Binnen deze functie ben je resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de stam data (klantgegevens en prijzen) binnen SAP en de daarbij horende data werkzaamheden. Je dient order en logistieke processen te beheren en daar waar nodig problemen op te lossen. Het team bestaat uit 2 medewerkers met een manager waar je aan rapporteert.

| Master Data Expert Beschrijving: This role will be responsible for the supply master data articles application and maintenance procedures for the Western European zone (WEZ) in the ERP environment. You will maintain and implement the procedures to align and manage the supply master data own ABI beers produced and/or distributed in the WE Zone. You will maintain the data controls to assure the data quality with respect of the defined concepts and data maintenance rules. You will act as the single point of contact for new business requests and organise the implementation of the requested master data changes. You will identify process improvements to be organized also as an outcome of the periodical KPI material assessment. • Keeps alignment of the master data maintenance procedures and rules for the zone. Owns the MD article maintenance procedures. • Analyses / coordinate and implement ad hoc requests. Takes the lead in alignment projects • Participates in projects (for example G_ERP rollout across Europe) to advise, prepare, test, validate the integration of the Master Data article maintenance in the existing ERP live environment. • Participates periodically/on request in the ERP change request committee to evaluate the Master Data article impacts on the new WEZ business requests for the ERP applications. Proposes a time schedule to process the activities by the WEZ article Master Data team • Maintains the WEZ master data control database , developed reports and other support tools for the master data article maintenance process. The Planning department takes care of long and short term planning, both in terms of demand, supply, inventory and transportation. The Challenge The main target of the research assignment is to develop a model which can be used for the optimal and safety stock calculations with the objective to create value across the supply chain. Within this challenge the following sub-questions have been defined: Improve the safety & optimal stock calculations ¬ How to deal with under- and over forecasting? ¬ What is the probability distribution to be used? Steer the decision making on inventory capacity planning ¬ How to link optimal silo/warehouse rent to the optimal stock calculations? ¬ How to decide on split fixed vs variable silo/warehouse rent? ¬ How to deal with stock rotations?
