    Beschrijving: Bedrijfsprofiel: Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting voor een van de finance teams van een grote bank. De afdeling Finance Nederland is onderdeel van de Global Finance afdeling. Het team Project Control & Cost Accounting bestaat uit 6 personen en jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen, coachen en coordineren van dit team. Tevens is het belangrijk dat jij dit team kunt vertegenwoordigen in de organisatie en schakelt met verschillende afdelingen (business control, cost control, groep etc.) Functiebeschrijving: Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting Als Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting verbeter je de kwaliteit van de financiële processen binnen de afdeling. Je tilt het team naar een hoger niveau en bent degene die communiceert met andere afdelingen binnen de bank. Als Teammanager ben je met name eindverantwoordelijk voor het juiste inzicht in de kosten en de projecten binnen de bank en de rapportages hierover. Je schakelt hier direct over met het management en business. Dit team is functioneel beheerder van het cost ledger en zijn verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van static data, correcte boekingen van journaalposten en facturen, doorbelastingen van kosten en de control over het grootboek. De project controllers in het team zijn verantwoordelijk voor de financiële rapportages over de projecten en programma's en ondersteunen en adviseren de projectmanagers hierbij. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Management Reporting. Verantwoordelijkheden van de Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting: * Project accounting & control over alle projecten die binnen de bank spelen in Nederland * Coordineren van het juist en tijdig opleveren van Analyses en (kosten) rapportages * Controle van het SAP kosten grootboek * Onderhouden van contacten met de Business Lines, Projectmanagement (IT & Operations) en Global Finance * Participeren in projecten met als doel het verbeteren van efficiency en kwaliteit van reporting processen * Coachen en motiveren van het team en het evalueren van de performance Functie Eisen: vacature Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting Functie eisen: * Opleidingsniveau WO (finance, economie) * Relevante ervaring binnen management accounting / cost accounting * Ervaring in een coachende en/of leidinggevende rol * Ervaring met Project control * Kennis van het bankwezen * SAP kennis De aanbieding: Manager Financial Accounting & Reporting Salaris is afhankelijk van je achtergrond maar zal ongeveer liggen tussen 4.000 en 5.900 obv 40 uur. Financial Account Manager
Beschrijving: Functie werkzaamheden Als Financial Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed beheer van de aan jouw toevertrouwde cliënt vennootschappen met betrekking tot zowel de administratieve, juridische en fiscale als de overige aspecten. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administraties en consolidatie van cliëntvennootschappen, je stelt statutaire jaarrekeningen op (met toelichting), boekingen, cashflowmanagement, BTW en VPB aangifte e.a. Daarnaast stel je ad-hoc en periodiek rapportages op, verzorgt de aangiftes omzetbelasting en/of loonbelasting.   Andere verantwoordelijkheden zijn het correct uitvoeren van de door management en/of Administratieve Management Agreement vastgelegde diensten, zoals overeengekomen met de veelal buitenlandse cliënten. Tot je werkzaamheden behoren ook het inrichten en voeren van een correcte administratie, rekening houdend met de door cliënt verstrekte instructies en tevens rekening houdend met de wettelijke en statutaire bepalingen en/of interne procedures. Binnen de door de cliënt verstrekte volmachten beheer je de eventueel aanwezige fondsen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zowel qua inhoud als taalgebruik correcte correspondentie met cliënt, relaties en adviseurs. Tevens draag je zorg voor tijdige input van mutaties van de corporate file, opdat deze volledig zijn en voorzien van de juiste stukken.   In je rol als Financial Account Manager zul je veel overleg hebben met Legal aangaande alle juridische zaken; met de externe accountant o.a. met betrekking tot de controle van het jaarverslag en het verkrijgen van een goedkeurende verklaring. Tevens met met de fiscale adviseurs betreffende alle fiscale zaken, waaronder het aanvragen van de fiscale nummers voor omzetbelasting, loonbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.   In al je werkzaamheden staat de cliënt altijd centraal.

Beschrijving: Role Summary/Purpose This is a role with a broad perspective, with significant exposure to senior Finance team members. Essential Responsibilities Statutory Audit Support Plan, coordinate and manage the statutory accounts preparation process to ensure audit work is completed efficiently and on time. Coordinate and agree audit scheduling with external auditors and internal stakeholders and ensure targets and timetables are met. Review statutory files and documentation to be provided to auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness Drive standardization of GE ESE’s audit process in collaboration with external auditors and internal process owners to achieve sustainable reductions in audit cycle time and costs. Support account reconciliations preparation and related reviews and progress-tracking. Support implementation of legal entity restructurings. Assist in supporting tax and VAT audits. Monthly Closing & Reporting and Controllership Metrics Support GE’s Intercompany Billing System during month-end close, ensure all bookings are made and intercompany differences are resolved. Assist European Consolidation & Reporting Leader in month-end close with journal review and posting, and support for automated Tax and Consolidation accounting entries. Ensure Controllership dashboards (e-compliance, account reconciliation trackers, and others) are kept up to date and accurate at all times. Plan and track progress of all recurring GE Corporate reporting requirements, ensure all deliverables are met. Drive LEAN simplification projects to deliver sustainable cycle time reductions and productivity.
