Key elements: - Communicate with clients to gain clear understanding of requirements. - Participate in contract negotiations with customers/ vendors. - Manage relationship with internal customers, BD/Marketing and contract managers. - Manage communication with internal project stakeholders, Operations/IT/F&A etc. - Ensure designed solutions are of the right quality to meet the clients needs. - Ensure that designed solutions fit strategy. - Work with IT Solutions ensuring business requirements can be accommodated by IT. - Review of all on-going projects to ensure deadlines & quality are met. - Manage planning and scheduling of solutions resources against project requests. - Training & development of analysts to maintain and enhance existing skill base. - Conduct regular performance appraisals. - Drive standard approach in EMEA with regard to project implementations. - Manage the implementation phase of larger projects to ensure adherence to plan and remedy any initial problems to achieve steady state operation. - Maintain standardized solutions approach and cost models. - Manage Group to department level budget.
