Je rapporteert aan de Director Operations. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Leiden en coördineren van de werkzaamheden van de afdeling. - Bepalen van de taken, beoordelen, controleren en scheppen van voorwaarden waarbinnen de medewerkers goed kunnen functioneren, verbeteringen van organisatorische aspecten zoals gehanteerde systemen, werkwijzen en methoden - Bewaken van de voortgang van de projecten en zonodig bijsturen. - Regelen van personele aangelegenheden, bezetting, ontwikkeling en opleiding. - Voortgangsrapportages en evaluaties van de projecten en KPI's - Opstellen en beheersen van de afdelingsbudgetten, aangaan van financiële verplichtingen en beheren van risiciomanagement - Stimuleren van constante verbetering van efficiency en optimalisatie van de inkoopprocessen
